I just saw a bird get hit by a car.... something I thought I would never see, because, well duh, they have wings and can fly.
Here's the story: I was walking up my driveway to grab the newspaper. I see a bird at the end of the driveway, one that I've never seen before. So I slow down so I won't scare him and so I could get a little closer to see him. As I get closer, I see that he's a very pretty red-brown ish color with a blindingly white underside, had very long legs for a bird his size [He was about as big as the average mockingbird.] He was very thin and sleek looking, but enough of describing the bird. I stop for a second and look at him. After a moment, he starts flying and joins up with another bird that looks just like him. They're flying for a moment, then the bird I had been watching does a mid air turn flip thing... right into the path of a car. Lucky for me, I didn't see him actually get hit... but as soon as the car passed I saw tons of blindingly white and red-brown ish feathers floating down through the air. eek
I'm standing there, wide-eyed and with my mouth slightly hanging open. Surprised, yet as walk back to the house with the newspaper in hand, I start laughing. Thinking: "Such a pretty bird... but apparently very stupid. ... ... heh heh, he must have been a blonde birdie. " [Note: I don't think all blondes are dumb, I know quite a few intelligent ones. But the dumb blonde jokes popped into my head at that time.]

I once saw a seagull watch a car's wheel roll slowly towards it. Long story short, the seagull exploded.

I'd have the exact same reaction as you would, Neko.
My mom ran over a rabbit once. It exploded into 3 pieces.
