I have a question. In a different thread of the main office, I saw 'guild ID's' mentioned. What are guild ID's?

Excellent, I love questions! Guild IDs are basically little cards that you can put in your signature. They have the name of your guild, your picture, rank, and whatever seems necessary. I don't have any examples at the moment but it's similar to a driver's license. Oh wait, I got one. It's my old old ID from a different guild.

Okay, so its like a way to promote the guild right? Strange, but interesting. So how exactly do you become chuunin, because I've heard you test for it but I'm fuzzy on how that works to.

This is a big question I get a lot; how do I move up in rank? I think I'll make it one of the "Good Questions."
There is a big Chuunin Exam that any genin in the guild can take. It is filled with trivia, puzzles, test role play, battles, adventures, and other tasks. If you can survive, then you will be promoted.
However, this Exam takes place when the crew says so. So, until then all the genin are expected to enjoy their time in the guild and show that they are worthy of promotion.

Thanks for answering my questions. I think I can understand things better... And will missions be given out any time soon? Because I saw that there's no kage, but I was still wondering since I saw that you and your sister are helping the genin's.

Yeah, we can give you missions since we are the acting leaders. The Command Center is where you would get missions. It's currently undergoing construction (just like the rest of the guild). Thank you for asking so many questions, it's helping develop the guild a lot.

No problem I like asking questions. I have another then I have to leave for a bit. What's up with the list of banned people under the members list? Did they get banned for their posts? Or did they quit?

I have another question.... Well its actually two questions. First, if the practice battle and the advanced RP are optional then why don't people do those? And for the teaching section, wouldn't it help the students to help them and tell them how to use their jutsus? And perhaps even how to make them and where to find lists of them? A library in the center of town might actually help as a reference for students, genin, and other higher ranked ninjas to find new jutsu to learn and use.

Sorry for not responding quickly, I didn't notice these.
The banned people where in the guild before I bought it. I have no idea who they are and I have never met any of them. It's just an annoying thing that the Gaia Guilds do now. I don't know why.
I suppose the teachers should ask the students if they want to cover those topics. I'm still learning how to teach and it's tougher than I expected. If you want to learn any of those things then please post in your classroom and I'll be right there.
A basic jutsu lesson in the Academy, good idea. I'll have to add that to the list. Thank you.
A library is another wonderful idea. I completely forgot about that. I'll make it a sticky as soon as I can.
((P.S. Thank you for the generosity, the guild has grown so much thanks to you. You are exactly what we need right now.))

Its okay, and its sort of weird the guilds would do that. Teaching is way tougher then it seems. ((I had to do an assignment last year where I had to teach eighth graders how to use commas. The teacher was crazy. Donating was no problem, I'm happy to help out.)) I have another question. Why aren't the genin put in squads? Even in just a squad of two can give you the upper hand in a lot of different ways. A. You'd have a partner, you can take on stronger missions together. If one of you gets hurt, there's someone there to help you make it back to the village. B. People, even though they might not know it, will learn more through watching or studying with another person. This would apply here. Are there other guilds like this one out there? Why don't some of the people who posted, and aren't banned, have profiles? If you join the guild, but you don't enlist in the academy, then would your rank be civilian since you aren't even a student yet? And... Do you need/want more people to join the guild?

I suppose squads can be formed by request in the Command Center, when it's finished of course. That is actually very close. Then you can meet and plan in the Housing District when that's done too, which is also very close.
Yes.
And some people are lazy. After a while we'll have a Big Ban and kick those people out.
Yes, more people would be nice. Recruit if you can, but I have a small guild of people who will be joining us. It might take a while, but they'll come.

Okay. I think I have a friend whom might be willing to join, so I'll ask her if she's interested. I have another question ((Sorry for asking so many)) what's the difference between chuunin and genin besides the tougher missions, higher statistics, and so on?

Ah, excellent question! Being a genin is like... like taking a free trial of some cool game. You can do all the basic stuff and have fun, but you just get a taste. Being a chuunin is like actually signing up for said game. It shows that you actually care about it and will put forth effort and commitment. Chuunin can go places genin can't, do things genin can't, use things genin can't, and so on. Does that answer your question?
I don't mind the questions, they're very helpful. Don't be afraid to ask more.
