i named my town penylane. xD (two n's wouldn't fit)
to make it perfect all you do is plant the right amount of trees everywhere and pick all the weeds.
but what sucks is you don't need the golden axe anymore because there is the perfect amount of trees. D;
right now i am struggling to get 600,000 bells to pay off my house. >.<

i'm not 100% sure about the exact number... but just plant trees when the well says 'in areas where there is very little green...' and then go to that acre and plant a tree or two. when it says something about too many trees being there... well chop one down. heh.
