The Hanfu is the traditional clothing for China. (Nope, it isn't the Qipao.)
They look really nice, the Kimono (Japan's traditional clothing) and Hanbok (Korea's traditional clothing) came from the Hanfu.

I find them really pretty, and I'm thinking of wearing one for my Grade 9 grad.
So, has anyone worn one?

pretty! it looks a bit like a yukata.. =D
sadly, i've only worn a yukata and not a hanfu...
heard kimonos are really heavy

The designs are really detailed, colourful and beautiful.
I just love the style.
I see lots of em in traditional style TVB drama's =D
But I don't think I would wear one even though I would like to xd
It would be weird to wear one of em in public nowadays. Cos you'll be the odd one out...but people be fascinated at the same time xd
And parts of the dress would trail along the floor.
Not such a good idea when wearing it on a rainy day xp
And they look really expensive @.@;;;
My friend had to dressed up as a Geisha once...but she didn't like the way they walked o.O

Whenever I go to China or Hong Kong, I'll try to find one.
So beautiful and elegant. Like a goddess!!
I prefer Chinese dramas with Hanfu than other clothings.
