The wind blue low, and the trees moved gently with the wind making noise with every leaf that hit another. It was a quiet day. Arael sat under a tree flicking her tail back and forth. She was in deep thought.
Where were her parents? How'd could they just leave her? She knew she would have to some day find out why. But how? She'd have to venture off from Nash and go into the mountains. Though, she loved it in the vally, but she felt right in the mountains. Perhaps it's because of what Finn said, that her kind had lived up there.
She crossed her feet and thought back and forth to herself. It was like she was talking to herself, but in her head. What would nash think if she just up and disappeared. She'd have to tell him. But what if he wanted to come then? She had to do this alone.
Sure she was only just a child, but she was growing fast. She was a few feet taller then she was before. "Gosh... What am I going to do?" she said under her breath.

*Yawn~~* sharp teeths was showing when the minya yawned and streched out his body. He flicked his ears as he wanderd along the direction of where the kid Arael was. That stupid girl she was always doing something she shouldn't well atleast accourding to him..
Nash had grown a little bigger as well bigger muscels has been covering his legs and body as he had grown older and bigger as well. Sure he looked lazy when he walked around but he keeped his body in shape.
" Arael~~ silly girl where are you "
He mutterd something about girls always being slow as he looked around the area.

Arael heard Nash from where she was. Should she stand up and show herself, or give him something to do for once? She decided it was not as fun as it use to be when hiding from him. Plus, she had some things to discuse, just not at the moment.
She stood up and stretched her leggs. "I'm right behind you" She said as she watched him walk past her. How couldn't he have seen her? It wasn't like she was green or something. she gave a little chuckle.

He raised and eyebrown and stopped when he both saw and heard his grey and purple friend. Keh! he can't always keep an eye on her and besides she was older now he didn't had to watch her like she was some kind of baby.
" Keh! <<;;; i can't always watch over you...i am not your dad remember i am to young for that "
And besides he didn't really understand women they just confused him he didn't even know if he was interested in getting a mate in the future besides who would like him? he walked up to his friend and put a paw on her head..
" So what are you up for today? "

She gave a fake giggle that sounded pretty real. Again, with her family. Soon, she'd come to that subject. She walked over to him and tried to rub up agenist him. "Of course you don't. " She said with a smile.
She would have found it very annoying if he watched over her always. Though, she was at that stage, where anything adults do is annoying. Though, Nash wasn't like most adults. He seemed more laid back.

He didn't knew what she was planning but it was something...what was she up to? well maybe he didn't learned her things that well maybe she wanted to do things by herself. Nash wasn't stupid he was very smart and had been trough this once himself...
Then he suddenly got a flashback...if how he had been like when he was little...he just shock his head because they where to painful to think about.
Then he felt Arael stroke against his side and his tail twitched a little and he pushed her away with one if his paws. He wasn't up for any snuggling for the moment well rarley he was.
" What do you want? "

Arael laughed. She expected him to push her away like normal. It wasn't something that was too uncommon. "If I wanted something from you, don't you think I would have already asked?" She said with a more stern voice and sat down where he pushed her.
Her tail flung around much like an annoyed cat. She wasn't sure if this was the time to tell him, or stall for just a bit longer. She sat there eyeing him for a moment. He seemed grumpy as normal.

Nash was actually more grumpy then usual some things had just reminded him of his childhood a lot latley he didn't like that at all specially not when old things came back to hunt him. He sighed and watched Arael was well she was still to nice to him he didn't deserve her..
Nash still had a dark secret passed that he never had told anyone about maybe that had to do with why he was so grumpy? he didn't enjoy life that much at all. But life was a little more fun when Arael came along..but that he would never admit.
" Hmm maybe...sooo have anything to tell me? "

And she was just caught. It was time, she guessed. She sighed. She looked to the ground as if to try to find the right words. Well, there wasn't really any words that could be totally right?
"Ah... Well, I've been thinking." she paused and looked back at him. "A lot, about my parents." She paused again as to see what reaction he would have. Perhaps he half expected this would come up, but who knows?

So should she spit it out? he didn't have all day to sit here and stare at all he wasn't in a good mood at all and it was just getting worse. His tail flicked...he was irritated at something...he continued to glance down at his grey friend with his grey cold eyes..
" Yes i really hope you think...heh so what about them? you want to go see if you can find them? "
Parents was of no use really they was of no use at all it was better being raised by someone like Arael was...parents was just trubble and nothing more. He pulled out one of his claws and pulled it over an innocent flower that was growing next to him...Nash didn't seem to be himself.

She watched him carefully. He seemed to be getting ruder by the minute. Was he upset? She tilted her head to the side and raised an eyebrow. "Well, yes." She simply said.
"I just would like to know why they left me, and all that stuff." She said looking at a butterfly that fluttered by her. It was a strange feeling, telling him this. He was pretty much the only family she knew, though she didn't think of him as family. How could she, when she knew she had real family out there.
She wanted to say more, but couldn't find the words.

He sighed he wasn't even sure what he was doing he was just annoyed he tried to smile but it was hard latley he hadn't felt happy at all maybe it was because Arael was growing bigger and she wasn't going to stay with him forever she had her own life he couldn't control her..
" Hmm well...i understand it's ok you don't need me anymore right "
He laughed but he wasn't happy really that was the truth she didn't need him anymore at all she was almost all grown now and did know how to take care of herself. He turned his head away and looked up at the sky instead..

"Of course I do!" she stood up and looked at him slightly glaring. He really was stupid sometimes. She sighed and looked to the ground. She had to do this, but she knew she would be back. She had to come back.
She wasn't even sure she'd find her parents. "I'll come back, unless you pick up and leave this area." She said looking back at him. She still was very small compared to him, and expected she wasn't going to get much bigger.

Hm she really sounded sure of herself so she didn't want to leave him so why did she want to stay then? he wasn't that good at all he wasn't that much fun either he must be complicated...
" Hmm ok if you say so...and i don't wander around that far but it depends...but i am sure you be fine ok~~ come see me after your journey ok? "
He sighed again but it sounded happier he was happy that she wanted to get back to him later...that made him a little warm inside he didn't really understand why maybe because no one had been this close to him before.
He patted the girl on her head and winked at her..

Arael nodded. She wouldn't know where to go if she couldn't come back. She really had no other place she'd ever call home. She smiled. "It won't be long! If I can't find them within a few weeks, I'll give up." She nodded.
It got to think that perhaps her parents didn't leave her at all, perhaps they had died. She gave a giggle as he patted her. He was a little happier. Was it because she was coming back? Or something else? She didn't put to much thought onto it.
"I will leave later to night, so that I'll be hidden under the night. " she said. It was the best way to hide yourself. Though, she glittered during the day and night, so she didn't know if it mattered or not.
