It's about damn time they added the King... I recently looked up some old (and I mean OLD) footage of some of his CLASSIC (mid- to late-70's) matches, and he kicked a**. His influence in popularizing professional wrestling should have been officially recognized a lot sooner than now. Oh well, better late than never, right?

Biker_Taker It's about damn time they added the King.... Oh well, better late than never, right? I think he should have been added YEARS ago as well, but look at it this way.... At least he's getting in before he dies or is too old to remember anything. I love King. He's definately deserving of the honor! smile

Tears came to my eyes when they announced him on RAW. But I think he should hold two spaces-one for his illustrious wrestling career and another for his announcing skills. Perhaps he needs a few more years to earn that last one, but he and JR are a big part if making RAW what it is. They have a good rapport with one another as well as with the audience. I admit I have a harder time watching Raw if one of those 2 arent sitting at ringside. I hope JR is the one chosen to introduce or induct him, so to speak. Can't wait to see who the next Hall of Famer is. Any guesses?

Well they announced that Mr Fuji is the next Hall of Famer. I totally agree with the fact that the King should have been recognized a long time ago for his influence, but oh well, I guess.
