Today, well yesturday, my legal teacher was talking about proclamation when he suddenly says "like homer in that episode where he is the town cryer or whatever", then then went on to ramble about it alittle and says "that has got to be a classic Simpson episode". Now he is in his 50's and really not the kind of person that you would think watches The Simpsons. So that really surprised me and he even talked about another Simpsons episode. Anyways i was wondering if any other teachers have talked about the simpsons or if you know anyone over 45 that watches it.. do share your stories.

Teachers have always watched the SImpsons. They're human. I know plenty of teachers ranging from 23 to 60 who watch the Simpsons. Even religious teachers use the Simpsons to prove points about the Bible. It's actually a common thing...

Lord Mehrune My friend's history teacher watched THe SImpsons during class. He was a really craptacular teacher, you know? Hahah. During class? Awesome. Only time i watched The Simpsons during class was in biology last year and the teacher couldn't be bothered doing anything onthe last day. sweatdrop The Smurf Teachers have always watched the SImpsons. They're human. I know plenty of teachers ranging from 23 to 60 who watch the Simpsons. Even religious teachers use the Simpsons to prove points about the Bible. It's actually a common thing... Yeah, i know you can prove points and having a teacher use a well known cartoon or whatever to make that point is great.. i just really didn't expect that from a 50+ year old legal teacher. I mean the news is on at the same time as it, wouldn't he be watching that instead? People sure do surprise you.

To hear it come out of older teachers' mouths is indeed a surprise, though...

The Simpsons comes on at 6pm till 6:30 and then at 7:30 till 8:30 again some nights.

well last year my teacher had a simpsons trivia day calender, computer desktop, and a pencil sharpener where you put the pencil in homers mouth and he says "MMMMMMMMM Pencil....." so yes teachers do love the simpsons because it is the only televsion show still on air with new episodes since they were kids.

My music teacher says he watch it when I said ''And don't forget; THE SIMPSONS RULES!'' in the microphone. Another teacher has kids who watch it.
