...Arth's Family
Siblings, cousins... ...aunts or uncles, who can really tell anymore? In order from left, Kia, Tiegan, Aquene, Haley.
Arth is born into a giant female dominated family. There's his 'oldest' sister, Kia, and her daughters. He'll probably only ever know Tiegan who is his cousin. You've got Aquene who's a sister and one of the oldest but still a child, and Elle who was born after Aquene but is a young adult with a baby boy of her own. Haley is an adult. And there's Jonathan who isn't much older than Arth is. And then there's the adopted children who have moved out!
When he finally learns to ignore their true ages and go for their mental/physical age, it might be easier to understand for him and his friends.
For the moment the major figures in his life-
Neith- His mum!
Elle: Big sister, babysitter, librarian at his school centre. She's always around.
Jonathan: Elle's son and a 'brother' who is technically his nephew, but seeing as they'll be closer in age they'll be together a lot. Sometimes it's just cheaper to babysit two at the same time. And they might appreciate each other when their older 'siblings' are all girls.
Aquene & Tiegan: Are always off in their own 'best friend' world that's girl only so Arth won't be included much. He's a boy. But they'll still be there!
The Elf Council. Those offspring-obsessive elves? These are the council of the lot. They, and Neith, are the deciders in how the estate is run. What to build, what order to build, when to build, all of that fun stuff. All nine are partners in who owns the deed to the estate and all within it.

For Arth, Hanes and Canadion will also serve as unofficial teachers. Teachers that'll kidnap him from time to time. Interesting bunch.
