Night was falling, and Leswi had just gotten in her meal in. She licked her lips of any blood that might've remained and wandered off before the scavengers came to run her off. The leopardess started her trek back to her tree.
The area she was in seemed to be clear as far as her golden eyes could see. She began to move across the savanna grass, her senses alert. Her left over kill woudl attract unwanted attention her way, even if she was leaving it.

Darkness began it's treck across the skies above as Inzondo walked slowly from where he had been before to where he was going to be. He was to become the major for Trigger's pride, the northern house or... something. Great... fantastic... what the ******** was it?
Inzo was still asking himself that question, still wondering what it was. Sur ehe was a major. Whoopadee do. And of course on top of all of that he wasn't even told where the hell it was.
Oh even better right?
Maybe when he found this place he would ram his fist in Trigger's face and tell him to stuff his pride right where most minds went? Who knew, but either way, Inzo knew that the further he had to walk the angrier he was going to get. The scent of a kill in the air made his ears perk up slightly and his head to turn. What was it that he was smelling?
Of course he'd eaten not that long ago, so it wasn't as if he were in any hurry to leap over and discover what it was. Though the smell would attract others, it wouldn't be him, rather Inzondo turned to the savannah and blinked his rose eyes to see if there was anything out there that would be interesting. ninja

Leswi had to stop; she thought it was part of the night, but it seemed her guess was wrong. In her vision she spotted and black and gold lion. She froze statune still, her body went rigid slightly as she became fully alert to the situation.
Had her kill of a small gazelle attracted attention already. She was hoping she would have time to move away The dusty purple leopard moved slow parallel to the lion. Her game was always guilty until proven innocent, and with a large male lion near by, she want to make sure he was either really safe, or really far away. The male didn't seem to be in a good mood though but almost didn't seem to be moving toward the kill, just in the area.
"What does he want..." she wondered outloud.

Paws halting for a moment, Inzo lifted his nose to the air again and flicked his rose gaze over to the leopardess just as the words came from her muzzle. His rose eyes narrowed a bit as he took in her form and let a soft smirk lift the edge of his tattooed muzzle.
"Nothing little stripey one." Inzondo told her in his smooth, gruff voice. "Though you might want to drag that kill up a tree next time and move your butt out of the area."
His nose was filled with the scent of it, his stomach staying silent to remind him that he'd had his fill already. ninja

She frowned and backed away alittle from him. "I was done with it. There wasn't an easy tree near." Her tail flicked back and forth, her ears flattened on her head.
All his markings seemed to stand out and it was all she seemed to notice, her wined tips paws moved slowly and softly as she moved back another step. "You're free to have it." She said with almost a defencive growl.

"I've already eaten, though I do suggest you find a way to rid yourself of this area or that kill. It'll attract quite a few more scavengers if it has it's way." His rose eyes watched the wine marked gray female before him and took a step forward on one black paw.
"So a leopard without any trees eh? Well that hardly sounds like a leopard at all. Don't worry little one, I won't eat you, I've eaten already today and you aren't to my taste."
He didn't bother telling her that as far as lions went he was hardly what he appeared. Thanks to his mate he was all but a cream puff on the inside, just he didn't seem like it on the outside. ninja

As he took a step forward, Leswi took a step back. "I was trying to rid myself of it when you came along." The leopardess watched the male lion carefully. He talked to her as if she was a child, however the distrusting leopard wouldn't back down her defence.
"Tree or not, I am a leopard all the same." She said with her ears flattened.
