It is a bit plain. It needs something to show that it is different from all else. For example, on the guild homepage, I made a tech-themed header. It is also important to pick the right colors too. You can tell my header is a tech-themed one because of the placing of various items and the colors. Just experiment and find something that looks right to you.
I have to sign-off now, my final grades depend on the test I have to retake tomorrow. And I haven't even studied anything yet.

Is it sad that I know the brushes you used? Whatever, it doesn't make a difference.
It's a little plain and it seems that everything is spaced out a little too much on the sides.

For color choices, there are two ways that
are a for-sure good: a combination of a
hot and cold color or black with a bright
color as an accent. You chose orange
and red, which are both on the warm/hot
side. In other words, the two colors
clash against each other.

clash against each other. Black and white go with any color imaginable. Remember, you can you either of the two(or both) if you can't think of another color combination. Also, some colors go better with each other. Such as blue and orange.

Meh it all depends how it's used. Blue and orange can look hideous together when the proper shades aren't used and they're used for the wrong things.
I don't really consciously think what colours go well together. confused
