Rogue hummed a tune out loud to herself as she walked around Traverse Town. She had done most of the shopping that she needed to, so she was exploring a small part that she had never been in before.
Among the random shops, there was one that stuck out slightly. It had a sign with the words 'Curious Fox', and for some reason she felt as if she should know who's shop it was.
But, not having any attachment to the name Rogue continued on a few more doors until she reached an ice cream stand, she bought a simple chocolate cone before heading back. She passed the Curious Fox sign again but this time paused in her walking before going inside the shop.
Once inside her eyes widened, the place was huge and filled with everything she could think of, and even some things she couldn't... and what was that?... No matter.
She placed her few shopping bags on the floor and licked at her ice-cream cone as she walked around, looking at all the gadgets and gizmos.
It was simply amazing!

A chuckle came from behind the counter that separated the sales area from the 'stock' area. "Careful now, some of these stare back." A voice called.
A man with crimson red hair and blue eyes leaned on the counter, near the cash register, dressed mostly in a dark royal blue, and with and kind of head gear on, it's gun-metal black hue sharply contrasting his hair. A fox like tail was swinging behind him, every now and then swinging high enough to be seen over the counter.
"Anything I can help you with?" He ask, with a knowing smirk.

"Ah'm sure they do," Rogue said as she turned on her heel to face the person behind the counter, to be a slightly familiar face, "especially if it's yer shop that these things are in."
Her lips curving up into a grin, she continued walking around the store "Ah dunno, maybe y'can, maybe y'can't...." She looked over her shoulder at him and watched the tip of his tail disappear behind the counter.
"Ah'm lookin' for someone... kinda short, got blue hair... goes by the name of Serge. Maybe ya know him?" She spoke sweetly, her lips curving up into a smile as she looked ahead at the spinning object in front of her, tilting her head slightly as she tried to figure out what the thing was.

Heero let out a chuckle at the way the girl worded it. He liked this one. "Hmm, I think I might have just what, or rather who, you're looking for." He said with a smile as he walked out of site for a moment, then back up to the counter.
"He'll be down shortly...oh, and I'd not mess with that one, unless your the sort that likes to be shocked." He said as he watched her looking at the, 'bolt coil' as he'd named it, in front of her.
Serge was down the stairs and over the counter only a moment after that, to calls of 'have fun with you girlfriend' from upstairs. He blushed at the echoing words, but didn't respond to them, hoping the Rogue hadn't caught them at all.
'They are so going to find hair dye in their shampoo tomorrow...pink and yellow...yeah...' Serge thought to himself, even if he'd never actually do it...it was a nice thought at that moment.

"Well, Ah guess that depends on the kind of shock... Ah'm guessin' the non-pleasant kind." She said with a grin as she moved on to the next item on the shelf. It was pretty and somewhat resembled a flower... and since she had a nice thought about it, it would probably be something fatal, she thought with a mental chuckle.
Not noticing the arrival of Serge, her eyes continued to scan the items as she licked her ice cream again, wasn't it a sin for chocolate to taste that good?

Heero couldn't help the smirk that formed as the girl looked at that item. Grabbing Serge from over the counter he whispered something in the boys ear and then nodded when he got a 'Are you sure?' look from the boy.
Serge walked over to the item in question and picked it up with out a worry. This had been on of the few things he dad had not put a price on, staring that it had another kind of worth.
Walking over to Rogue, he couldn't help the blush on his cheeks. Tapping he on the shoulder, waited for her to turn around and held the item out to her.

Rogue had long since passed the pretty item and was looking as a wonky one, didn't look very fun, in fact it almost looked like a-
Feeling the tap on her shoulder she turned around and instantly beamed when she saw Serge, "Hi!" She then paused, a little taken back as she slowly reached out her hands and took the pretty item from before and set it in her hand as she admired it.
The hand holding her ice cream was held out to Serge, "Do ya want some? It's really good!"
Looking back to her hand, her cheeks tinted a light red, hardly noticeable. "What is it?" She asked happily as she looked up at Serge, "It's really pretty, how much is it?" She didn't have much, but maybe momma would lend her some if she didn't have enough for it.

Serge looked back to his father just be sure, and recieving a nod, answered. "It's called...the flower of the desert...it a stone formation that happens rarely, and is often used as a good luck charm." Serge answered with a nod, as he lightly pushed down the hand with the ice cream in it. He'd been given a chance to try some the before, and had nearly choked on the super sweet taste.
The dangers, once again, of living with a man who was part fox, and every bit acted like it. Sweets simply didn't mix well with Serge. "And, it's yours." He said with a light blush and a smile.

As Serge moved the ice-cream away, she carefully placed it on an empty spot on the shelf, "It's so pretty, Ah bet it's worth a whole lot." She spoke absent mindedly as she continued looking at it.
At his next words she froze before placing it next to her ice-cream and wrapping her arms around him in a hug. "Thank you so much! Ah'll treasure it foreva!"
When she pulled away she picked up her ice-cream and tossed it in the garbage, arfter that though, she picked up her new good luck charm and walked over to her bags, placing it in a bag gently as to not break it.
Once that was done, she stood up and turned to Serge, "Ah owe ya, wanna come shoppin' with meh? Ah'll find somethin' to pay ya back with."

Serge blushed at the sudden hug, but returned it.
Looking to his father at he next question, and getting a nod, he turned back to Rogue with a smile. "Yeah, but...you don't have to get me anything." He said with that same smile in place all the while.

Rogue grinned at his response and held out her hand for him to take, "Well... Ah don't care, Ah want to get you something as special as the Flower Of The Desert is!"
She peaked into the bag to make sure her new treasure was still safe before looking up at Serge with a smile.

Serge took Rogue's hand with out second thought, blushing only lightly as he caught the sound of a muffled chuckle. "Only if your sure." He replied to her insistence.
With a grin he pulled her a long, making sure let her gab her bags. "I know a good place to start." The amethyst eyed boy said, feel oddly energetic now, though he wasn't sure why.

"Trust meh, Ah'm sure." She said as she followed Serge, letting him lead completely.
"Where do you have in mind?" She asked in anticipation, a grin on her face.

Serge gave a slightly wider grin back at her as he turned a corner. "You'll see." He said as he picked up the pace a bit more, taking a few more turns, they were on one of the main walks, and standing in front of a brick shop with blue awnings, and a sign that read 'Wave'.
In the windows were all sorts of items, all of them with one common theme. The ocean.

Rogue wasn't sure what to expect as she followed the boy to his store, but once they stopped in front of it it suddenly made sense. Looking in the store window, she looked in awe, she wasn't really sure what all these things were for but they sure looked cool.
Turning to look at Serge, her grin grew as she started walking into the shop "Let's go!"
