"Ever since my father's death I have felt whole again. I did not see him die, but I know he did. I know where he died and how he felt. He did not say much of my mother, and I begin to wonder if she is truly still out there. Father was an angry b*****d, and I hope that I do not grow up to be like him. I can feel the emotion pulling at me, it floats over my brain and takes root in my ears whispering chaos and hatred. I will not be that wolf."
The red male was sitting on a rock that jutted over a lake. The moon was high and clouds shifty lazily. He felt confused and dreamy, his brow furrowed lightly as if to prove to the lake that he was in fact concerned with it all. There were many things bother him tonight, and he had spilled his heart out to the lake. He was beginning to believe that he should stay here. There was a large dead tree butted up against a rock to the far side of the lake with an abandoned den underneath. To this side of the lake was the rock he had come to ever night to pour his problems out.
"Simply, I long for a mate. I have Fute, but... he can't give me the offspring I so wish for." he grinned at this, and the gentle lapping of the lake suggested that it found humor in his statement as well. "That is the only problem I have with our relationship." he sighed. He didn't know what to do to fix his problems, but he knew what he would do as time went on - he would stay with Fute, because he truly loved the spotted male.
After giving a short warning howl, the red male settled down, tucking his dainty paws underneath him. Tonight he would rest on the rock and maybe the lake could get into his head and wash an idea over him. And maybe Fute would find the paradise he had found for himself.
