emo is a type of music, right? not a type of person. i've come to this conclusion because whenever in this guild someone says "i'm emo" they get called a poser, so apparently emo is not a type of person.
Well, just the other day my friend who is not my friend anymore called me "fake emo" behind my back (and i happened to be right there so i heard twisted ). what the hell made her say that? the emo stereotype is like, black clothes, rimmed glasses, converse, depressed, etc. I'm neither of those, so i don't really understand what made her say that to me.
Now, i need you guys to help me prove a point... that emo isnt that. please post!
later, she said that panic at the disco is emo.

How is Panic! at the Disco even emo?
This chick seems kinda dumb.
Emo isn't really a type of person,
it is a type of music,
and it is a sterotype now a days.

Emo is a emotional outlet through music which basically means that all music is 'emo'.(Not my opinion) But basically, I just find it another stupid stereotype. stare
