Who would you want her to choose and why?
My answer:
I'm caught between Micah and Jean Claude...
Jean Claude would be perfect...he understands anita better than anyone...he's been there from the beginning and he loves her very much. He always has her back. but the problem is he's a selfish vampire...ultimatly when all the cards are on the table...it's about his coming out on top. Not only that but he dies at dawn every morning...you can't really cuddle with a corpse...but hey that's minor...otherwise he'd be perfect
Micah is perfect because he's alive and well. He too understands Anita's nature and unlike richard he accepts who he is without any whining or denial. He's an awesome character (and come to think of it I think he should get some more book time wink ) he's yummy and anita loves him (and he can't have kids...and since Anita doesn't really want kids nor would they fit into her lifestyle there's no worries there)
hrm...anyways...that's my opinion

Haha, I heart them all, but I'd have to say she does best with Micah. Though Nathaniel is and will always remain my favorite heart

Jean-Claude, as she's tied to him as his human servent and will have to be with him forever...Sad but true...then again, I wouldn't mind being tied to Asher..... heart

Shapeshifters: Nathanial or Micah.
Vampires: Damien.
Why? Nathanial acts like Anita's wife. He cooks, cleans, practically takes care of the apartment for her. What female wouldn't love that?? He's also down right sexy.
Micah just doesn't argue with her and is always doing what's he's asked or told. He even seems to know what Anita wants before she knows what she wants or needs.
Damien because he's calming to Anita's temperment.

I really think Jean-Claude would be best. One, he has always loved her, even before the arduer or anything else. Two, in his heart, he means best, hes just a practical man who understands in his line of work, the little fish get eaten. Three, he not only understands and does not fault her for her feelings, but understands her power and what she needs to do to get a hold on it. Four, if Anita would let Jean-Claude, hes already proven to be able to roll her into security, sort of like what Damian does. Also, she would always be protected, understood, loved, and cared for with complete vigor. Plus, shed be with him forever and eternity, not just for the short life span. It is truly a love eternal.

I can see all of the other men moving on, eventually, given no choice. But Nathaniel...
I don't even want to think about what he might do if she left him for monogamy... crying

it was very close between Jean-Claude and Micah.
JC because he's so much in tune to anita's dark side and accepting of her, all of her. although there r still some things that he keeps from her sometimes.
Micah because he is willing to do whatevrer it takes to be with anita. but that fact alone makes anita cautious about trusting him.
So i think that given everything between the two, anita finds it harder to deal with believing Micah than she does being angry at JC for holding some things back so my answer would be:
Anita would choose Jean-Claude
