 At the back of the Banir Kinder apartments there lies a huge field. Though normally empty, it now thrives with light and life. Someone has set up a large pile of wood, and as the moon rises to replace the sun,a sudden flace of fire is seen lighting up the sky...
The sudden flames come from the wood pile, now set alight. An assortment of fireworks are lined up at one end of the field for the children, while the smell of roasted hazelnuts and sausages from a barbaque emanate from the other end.
A small tent has been set up, as well, containing buckets of water and sparklers for the children to use, with supervision, of course. Alongside the waiting firworks is a large tray of everyone's favorite treat: Bonfire Toffee.
It's bound to be a cold night, so bundle up, and get ready for the best fireworks even that's ever been seen on Gaia!
((Just as a note this event will finish monday night at 12am GST and the fireworks will start saturday at 4pm GST - they won't end until the event ends ))

((one last banner to put in here )) A few presents to anyone who comes to the event (please save all pictures to your own server as not to limit arafel's bandwidth!)  - A sparkler - These can be set a light to 'write' peoples name in the sky if only for a few mere seconds. Good fun for children - but remember these can only be used with supervision.  - Bonfire toffee - Everyones favourite treat on a cold bonfire night!  - Mittens - Just incase anyone forgets to bring their own. A pair of blue fluffy mittens to keep hands warm even on the coldest of nights.  - A guy Fawkes Plush - Everyone's favorite hero is normally burned on the bonfire but for one night only there's a free plush of the man who tried to blow up the houses of parliament but luckily failed.

Tenshi walked into the feild, wearing at least three good sized winter coats, two scarves, and very thick gloves. She wore a fat beenie on her head, and Onii's outfit seemed to resembles hers quite well, accept a bit more mobal.
Tenshi set the small demon on the ground, and handed her a sparkler.
"Here you go sweetie, go have fun, and be careful." She smiled. Onii nodded her head and squeeled, running off to the feild, holding two light sparklers, one in each hand, laughing histaricly as they made poping noises and burned.

Avery and Alida walked up, Avery asking Alida a million questions.
"Have you been to a bonfire before? Was it big? What did you do? I heard there might be s'mores, are there going to be s'mores? They gotta be better than the ones mom makes in the microwave..."
Alida smiled tolerantly, and sighed. She didn't have time to write down an answer before he was on to the next one, but he really didn't seem to mind... asking the questions was more important than the answers.
Rime approached them and handed them each a toffee and a sparkler.
"Go have fun, you two!"
Avery made a face at the toffee, and promptly switched it with Alida's sparkler. Alida was very pleased with this arrangement, and while Avery lauched himself into bouncing around with another girl doing the same, Alida snacked on one of the toffees.

((just so y'all know, I'll be kinda slow to respond sweatdrop I have to sneak onto gaia at home @_@))
Niko grins as she comes into view, taking in the whole bon-fire setup with her Sense. Smiling, she grabs up 3 sparklers, and gives one to Aqua and Sere, and keeps the last for herself. "Ok guys, have fun and play around, but don't burn yourselves with the sparklers, alright?"
Aqua giggles, and nods, smiling widely. "Yes, mum!!" Still grinning, she runs off around the field, looking around to see who else is here.
Sere makes a face, but takes the sparkler, waving it around. Although she tries to hide it, she really does find the sparkler fun. Without being able to help it, she smiles widely, her face lighting up cutely.
Niko smiles in return at her bratty daughter, and pat's her on the head. "Mum's gonna go see who else is here, 'kay Sere? Oh, and make sure Aqua doesn't burn herself with the sparkler. Knowing her, she'll probably try to since she's made outta water..." She laughs, and, giving Sere a hug, heads over to the campfire.
Sere grins again, lightly, and, after nodding to her mother, looks around also, before sitting down next to a large boulder about 15 feet away from the fire.

Erik ran towards the large open field. Some people had already begun to show up and his excitement continued to build as more people appeared. This would have to be his first activity including a large number of banir's. Others like him. He wanted to meet them all!
"I just know it's gonna fun!" Throwing his arms in the air, he turned to Alex. Giving her a large grin, he waved for her to hurry up.
"I'm coming. You need to slow down!" She laughed and attempted to poke at her child. He dodged easily, taking the oppurtunity to achieve where Alex had failed.
"You think I'll meet people I already know? Oh I can't wait! I wonder if Avery's there already... maybe that girl from the hallway...."

Olivander made an attempt to throw a small rock into a small bucket of water, managing only to hit the rim and have the rock bounce off. He didn't really like events where large number of people gathered, but this would be fun. Fun for Bane and for him.
Bane sat with his back towards Oli, leaning on him. He was looking at the huge bonfire with so much amusement, he was thinking of just sitting there and watching it all night. He smelled the wonderful smell of meat being roasted, and could only guess what to make of it. The sparklers he saw in a stack in the tent looked very interesting, he had seen them in China, but had not been able to hold them because of the incident where he had to stay in the airport otherwise, the Chinese police would have had a field day looking for him.
Olivadner took a deep breath of air and got up, laughing as the leaning Bane fell onto his back. "I'm going to go look at what foods they have. You can go look for old friends if you want. That might be fun, don't you think?" Bane nodded and walked over where most of the children seemed to be gathering.

Rune and Ravenbrooke arrived together, Raven looking a bit apprehensive. This place was so big, and she didn't have her brothers or sisters or even Whisp or Kiko with her. What if she didn't know anyone?
A moment later, though, her face brightened as she caught sight of Onii. "Onii!!" She yelled, waving an arm in the air before she turned to her mother. "Mom, can I - "
Rune laughed, handing Raven a sparkler. "Yes, sweetie, go play. Just remember to keep an eye on the sparklers."

*Marfa walks and hides behind the boulder Sere was sitting on and gives slight hisses like a snake to scare Sere or to attract her attention*
*Sarah runs in too, pretending to be a bat, runs up to Aqua* hi Aqua! xd *Holly runs after her still quite black from the halloween costume (it rained after the party and the colour leaked from the costume onto his fur!)* xd

Sirene walked out of the building shivering. It was getting colder and she liked to enjoy it inside. Looking around she smiled at everyone coming out and stopped waiting for her daughter who seemed to have dropped something on her way out.
Yume ran out the door slightly short of breath. She had a small blue coat on around her back but it still left her long legs bare under her school skirt. She was slipping on her shoe as she came out and looked up at her mom. "Don't say it...Please don't say it, mom." She smiled up at her mom, smiling.
"I wasn't going to say anything but I warned you it was going to be cold." Sirene smiled back at her mother shivering under her own jacket. Turning around, Sirene looked out at the rest of the people there and then back at her teen daughter. She was still getting used to the idea of Yume's change in appearance and attitude but it wasn't too bad.
Yume nodded slightly knowing what her mother meant. Living just the two of them, it was easy just to just trust wach other on facal looks they gave. Moving behind her mother, Yume smiled towards her and they both just laughed before moving out near the newly lit fire. "Think anyone will still know it's me?" She whispered to her mom looking around.
"How could they not? A girl like you isn't a repeat in anyway." They smiled and moved around the bonfire to keep warm.

Someone else was standing beside the bonfire, his long hair braided for once, his deep blue eyes gazing into the flames that danced and flickered before the boys eyes, totally unseen to the teenager. His hands were deep inside of his pockets, a long scarf reaching down to his knees waving in the wind, the lad having a sudden almost depressed look about him. Letting a sigh escape his lips, his hand fell from his pocket towards the dog that sat by his side, seeming to sudden freeze once he heard voices.
'Yume?..' he questioned to himself, clicking once more, the dogs head sudden lifting as it noticed Yume and Sirene walk in this direction. The pair of them started accross the field towards mother and daughter, stopping right infront of them, the boys sudden face going into a small smile. He cheered up, guessing where the neko was by how far the dog had dragged him forwards, managing to wrap his arms around her in a friendly hug. Expecting her to be far shorter, he frowned for a few minutes, before his face suddenly turned into a picture.
William stood there, frozen to the spot, his whole face suddenly having gone a bright shade of red. She...she had changed into a teenager, this was no longer little Yume, and suddenly butterflys had sprouted in his stomach. He felt nervous at touching her, he suddenly got a fit of hot flushes and most of all the fallen felt like a total fool standing there. Murmering sorry he took a step back, his eyes looking down, watching his feet for the time being.
'Sirene! glad you could make it' Owyln came out with, having followed his son, standing beside william once more. He too was clad from head to toe, a large bundle of blankets held against his shoulder, a small hood having fallen back around a head. Against his shoulder leant a baby neko, two black ears folded towards her head, breathing lightly as she slept for the time being. Owyln gave her a smile, adjusting Cera within his grasp, so atleast the little neko wasn't uncomfortable for the time being.

Sirene smiled watching William hug her daughter. She could tell by his face that he had just gotten the surprise of his life. Giggling lightly, she turned seeing Owyln. "Hello Owyln. I hear this was all your idea." She smiled and noticed the little ears. She knew what is was thanks to having her own neko daughter. "Owyln, is this a new addition?" She walked over towards him, leaving her daughter with William and looked down at the same bundle, placing her hand on it's back.
Yume had her eyes on the fire when she saw a tall man stand up with a dog. Smiling, she knew it was Willaim but no questions asked. "William, it's good to see... She stopped as he wrapped his arms around her. Her eyes blinked and she turned her head down. Giggling she moved her waist out of his arms. "William, up here now. I've grown." She smiled noticing his blush.
Hearing his apoligy, she shook her head. "There is no need to be sorry. We all make mistakes. You just never knew I had grown. I just did the other night." She smiled grabbing onto his shoulder. Turning to look into his eyes, she noticed something wasn't right for sure. Frowning, she closed her eyes and pulled him next to her in a hug. "Besides, I can never stay too mad at you."

She had hugged him, she had said it was ok, she had even moved his arms from around her waist. The fallen gulped slightly, feeling her cheek press up against his shoulder once more, his ears feeling like they were about to blow off steam any moment. William snapped himself back to reality, carefully wrapping his arms back around her back, frowning slightly as he couldn't feel the padding of a scarf or even a pair of mittens. Shaking his head slightly, he pulled her closer for a few moments, his chin tilted down.
'Right right, your going to catch your death of cold you know...here' William said with a sheepish smile, removing his grasp, as he pulled his scarf off from around his neck. With extreme caution the young fallen wrapped the scarf around the neko's girls shoulderblades, keeping his soft smile, being ever so careful with every moment as if she was a precious jewel not to be broken. It was wierd, he couldn't see her, but yet he knew exactly where her neck was, barely even brushing against her skin as the scarf was tied.
The butterflys still remained though, buzzing around his stomach almost as if to taunt him, not fully understanding exactly what was happening to himself he decided to live with it and ask his father once they were inside once more. So instead he looked down, he didn't even know what she looked like he told himself, his fist clenching slightly inside of his mitten - why now, why the heck did they have to take his sight now, letting his wings give a small flap they folded once more back against his side.
'Sirene...Meet Cera but come on, lets leave those two alone' Owyln said, motioning over towards the other side of the field where the little group of parents where gathering. Owyln couldn't help but smile at Sirenes comment, he sure had arranged this all, and it was mainly for one reason - he hadn't seen much outside recently and he knew full well the whole of the flats could use a nice evening.
Cera half opened her eyes, two brown orbs blinking towards the new woman, a curious look held within her gaze. She mumbled beneath her beath, closing her eyes once more, her ears flopping down at either side of her face. Her long pigtails had too been braided, though they wern't seen beneath the thick clothing the neko was cast in, her eyes struggleing to stay open in the fight against sleep.

"Sure. I think they need a moment but I tell you this... She smiled looking at the baby girl and remembering when Yume used to be so small. "Not that I don't trust him but William pulls anything and it's you who will be paying for it." She smiled petting the young girl's head and looking up through her narrowed eyes into his. She loved William like he was her own son by Yume was her daughter and she didn't want anything to happen to her.
Giggling, Yume placed her hands on the scarf and nodded. "Thank you William. I am cold." She just said so as his wings flapped and she shivered. "Please...could you not do that right now?" She wrapped her arms around her body looking up into his blinded eyes. She didn't want to sound mean but that wind was too much. Turning, she smiled towards the fire. Taking his hand, she smiled. "Would you please move with me?" She started towards the warmth of the fire. She had never really been into the extra clothing items even though her mother had warned her about the cold. Still, she had to be stubborn and was regreating it. Signing, she decided to make the most out of it.

Korini walked into the field, carrying a squirmy armful of baby demon. Damasu squeaked to be let down, and with a sigh his mother set him on the ground. Wobbling slightly due to the heavy coat, pair of mittens, and several scarves wrapped around him, the baby demon did his best to run over to Onii and Ravenbrooke.
"'Nii!" He squealed, clapping his black-mittened hands together.
"Be careful around those sparklers, cherie." Korini spread out an old blanket on the grass not too far from the fire, and sat down on it. Unlike many of the other parents and children, she did not have that much insulation on, just a simple blue scarf added to her normal clothing. At the word 'sparkler', Damasu skittered over and whimpered, hands outstretched.
"Oh, alright... Just look, no touching." The kitsune woman sighed, and lit a sparkler. Damasu jumped up and down happily as Korini wrote his name in the air, the shining letters vanishing to nothing in merely seconds.
"Spark! Spark'er!" Damasu shrieked.
