Strategy in general. wise tips that a leader should keep in mind while fighting. Like, 'Always have a fallback position, and a secondary Base of operations, should the first fall'. or, 'Shake with your right hand, and stab with the left.' and also... 'There is nigh any problem in the world that cant be solved with cannons.'

oh i see i am quite a strategist myself when it comes to certain games and basic knowledge...you mind if i give advice too
some of my general knowledge
the size of the force doesn't matter...its the skill of the force that does
never attack from the front...always attack from the left, right, corner, behind, and your suicidal men in the front XD
remember....elevation is your friend, the higher you are, the harder you are to hit.
a awesome defense beats the hell out of a awesome attack...do you know why.....lets say you take a huge fleet to destroy someone leaving you almost defenseless, then once they leave a surprise force from the woods or mountains flocks into your stronghold and you all die XD

No no no...I'm not referring to any game as I'm one particular strategist myself....I'm just testing you...But please take this challenge from me seriously. The boss regenarates, and is very strong. Good luck! He causes status effects of poison and confusion. You have three people fighting. First ally: HP500 MP150(Traits: Well-balanced, quick) Second: HP220 MP410(Traits: Magic-heavy, can heal) Third: HP890 MP75(Traits: Superstrength, high defense)
Boss: HP3500 MP9999 Can regenerate HP once it reaches 900 and has powerful single spells which hit from 100-300 and an all-hit spell ranging from 55-230 points of damage. A normal attack from ally 1 will deal 150-310 damage, ally 2 single heals 50-250 for 10 MP, party heals 30-175 for 45 MP and ally 3 deals damage ranging from 210 to 480.

I would have Superstrength tanking Damage while the mage was behind, healing every so often. the other guy would look for weak spots, ways to disable him, and do it without attacking too much Directly, thereby drawing his attention. Hopefully in that small timeframe, the balanced quick guy could find some weak spot, and then they team as a triad and target that point, or the balanced guy with the mage distract after finding a weak point while the tank earns his keep. I think that might do it.
