Sashanaru
I was going to post this in the Bistro thread but decided not to. Hubby says NOOOOO don't post it in there, you aren't a member!
Anyways..
This morning he had an accident. He was walking over to get into the car and it was a sheet of ice. He fell and of course your instinct is to brace yourself.. well that didn't work out so well. We called the ambulance, went to the hospital, all that fun stuff and he has a broken arm right above the elbow. His arm is also tore up on the inside and the whole mess is dislocated. His poor elbow was all misshapen and grotesque.
We are going to see an orthopedic surgeon tomorrow to see if he needs surgery or how we can get this repaired. I've seen the X-rays, and it looks a bit.. messy but then again I'm no surgeon. He wanted me to make sure to let you know that he and his mules will be out of comission for a little while. He said "I don't wanna be kicked from the guild!" So even in his percoset haze, he was thinking of you guys. He was also being his crazy self at the hospital. When the doctor was getting ready to tell us what the next course of action was, he said "hey doctor, can I make a request?" Doc says, "Sure". Hubby says "can I trade you for the pretty blonde doctor on Scrubs???" The doctor laughed and said "I WISH she worked here" hahaha. I guess morphine makes you feel like a comedian~

Our buddy Chris is out of commission for a little while. sad But I thought that maybe he'll get a chance to peek in here while he's convalescing, and wouldn't mind seeing some well wishes from his friends.
