someone wanna help me step by step getting the code nd stuff its my 1st time!!

Okay~, what you do is go to the gate in your town, and then talk to Copper, the dog on the right side. Then when the menu comes up, select 'Friend Code!', and if you have your Wi-fi set up and everything, it should just give you your friend code. If not, then it should give you the option of getting it all set up on your DS. If you don't have Wi-Fi, then you need to either find a hot spot, or go to your local game store and buy a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector. When I got mine, it was like, $40. >>; You might want to see if you can get it online for a cheap price.

Once you have the Wi-Fi set up, then you need to get someone's friend code, the name of their character on Animal Crossing, and their town name. Then press start, and click the heart tab at the top of the screen. Over on the right, near the bottom it should say 'Register', you need to select that, and enter your friend's information. Once you're done, and they have added you as well, then if you want them to come to your town, you need to talk to Copper again and pick 'Invite Guests!', then select Nintendo WFC. If you want to go to someone else's town, you need to pick 'I wanna go out!', and then Nintendo WFC again, then it should have a list of which of your friends has their gate open.
