Jet walked on to the beach out from the bar. He chirped a bit to try and "see" if this was good spot for Wednesday and himself. He really wasn't sure or not. It was on the beach, by the water and nearish the bar.
Jer turned to where he could feel Wednesday. "Is this a good spot?" He asked as he smiled towards her.

Wednesday smiles softly as she followed Jet onto the sandy shore. "It's perfect," she murmured and rejoined her beloved mate, and held his hand. "Got the basket?" she asked as she smiles once again and clings to Jet, giving him a kiss on his cheek.

Jet smiled. "Yep, it's here." He set it on the ground and then took out the blanket. He pulled it out and laid it on the ground. Jet then chirped to see if it looked right or was too close to the water. "I think that looks right." He patted Wednesday's shoulder and sat down.

Wednesday smiles as she nods, then sat down besides Jet then took off her glasses which she only uses for seeing things so far; it wasn't a necessity for her, but it does make the difference in the distance for blurriness. "Mm the food smells good," she said absently as she just sat sideways and leaned on Jet partially, wrapping an arm around his arm. "You know.. this feels weird without Zoe and Ducky being here. I guess it is a parent's intuition of not wanting to let their kids go."

"Well, I hope they don't just leave us. Seems like they are going up fast." Jet told her. He knew that even though he was grown with kids he always visited his mom, so he hoped his girls did the same. Though, Zoe didn't seem to be meeting anyone new. Ducky, well he wasn't sure.
"Still we can't hold on to them. Not at teen." Jet kissed Wednedsay's cheek. "Let's enjoy our night. What would you like to eat first?"

Wednesday nodded at Jet and smiles lightly. "That is very true," she said as she chuckles softly. "Mm.. I think the sweetheart shake would be a good start," she murmured as she gave Jet a kiss before blushing; something apparently, she never gotten over in her life with Jet. "Guess what I heard acouple nights ago.. Ducky apparently has a new beau. She came home late at night."

Jet reached in a got out the skes as best he could. "Oh? I guess they really are growing up fast. I wonder if Zoe will find love too?" He was slightly worried that she might end up all alone like his mother. He hated his father for what he had done. Jet shook this from his mind. "He better treat her right." With that he took a drink of his shake.

"Oh I know.. I even teased her that if he does treat her wrong, I'll send you after him. After all, you'll probably give him a good thumping," Wednesday said as she giggles and shook her head. "Oh Zoe will.. she just binding her time... it takes quite a while to find someone who knows you before you knew yourself," she said as she smiles, snuggles up to Jet.

"Oh, I will too!" Jet said with a smile, though he did mean it. No one was going to hurt his girls. Not if he could help it. "I guess so... I just hope they find someone who makes them happy like you make me happy." He chuckled and took her hand into his.

Wednesday just smiles deeply at Jet. His small but memorable declaration had made her profoundly happy inside where her heart was swelling twice its size (metaphorically). "You make me so happy too," she said as she allowed him take her hand and she rewarded him with a tender kiss.

Jet cuddled up next to Wednesday. This was nice. Being close to her, without the girls, felt like when they first got together. "Do you want out next food?" He asked as he finished off his shake.

"Mm sure," Wednesday said as she laughed lightly, not finishing her own shake; taking the straw and proceed to drink it thirsty. After finishing half of the shake, she set it down and rest against Jet once again. "It is beautiful out here.."

Jet took out the next thing. "Here we are. Yeah, it is nice. But it's always nice when I'm with you." Jet blushed a little and chuckled. He was in a lovey mood.

Wednesday giggled as she nods and snuggles up to Jet. She leaned up and kissed him. "I guess we didnt have much time to us when raising the kids," she murmured.

"That's okay. I love our girls and I'm glad they are in our lives." He smiled as he ate some of the food. He was happy and was always happy. It wasn't something that bothered him much.
