The Alliance of Supers HQ is located in Union City. The outer walls are covered in what appears to be an unknown metal, and the grounds surrounding it are filled with lush greenery. The main building is four stories tall, with the ground floor being recreational area, the two middle being dorms, and the top floor being reserved for the Alliance leaders. There are three floors below ground, one being a torture chamber, the other two being Security and Council rooms. Three more buildings occupy the grounds: A garage with an assortment of cars, grunt dorms, and a training acadamy.
Level One: The first floor is decorated elaborately, with a spiral staircase in each corner of the entrance room leading upstairs, and the staircase in the southeast also leading down. At each wall there is a single doorway. In the North there is the kitchen, outfitted with everything that you could possibly need, including a dining room. To the east is the recreational area, outfitted with televisions, electronics of various sorts, movies, foosball, and pool. To the west is a spa, complete with Sauna, Pool, Steamroom, and a heated sand room.
Levels Two and Three: These are the dorm rooms. There are a total of twenty rooms on each floor, with two rooms sharing a bathroom, and one central shower area. Each room holds two people, and there are no gender limitations to each room. Rooms can be designed to fit a persons needs, but there are no food or drink allowed.
Level 4: Each of the Leader rooms are to be described in the following posts. Ashura's is on the eastern edge of the building, with a vacant room to the left that was reserved for Xeen, who never moved in. Ora's room is at the north, and has some undescribed security systems guarding it.
Basement 1: This is the council room. There is a large table that can seat 50, with a large glowing orb in the center that shows a detailed map of the planet.
Basement 2: This is the Security room. It has monitors that show every aspect of the house aside from the dorm rooms and the shower areas. There is also a panic button that can be pressed, sending the entire headquarters into lockdown, various defences being put into place. Only leaders are allowed.
Basement 3: This is the torture room. There are various cells, instruments, and...The Rack. Only leaders are permitted.
Acadamy: There are various rooms to this building. One room contains four large cylinders filled with an ominous blue liquid. Supers can be found in them from time to time, their removed limbs reattaching themselves to their bodies. A couple of the other rooms have Virtual Reality training simulators, target ranges, and a sparring room. The sparring room smells of burnt flesh from time to time, and sometimes you might find body parts. Also in the acadamy is an armory, where you can find an assortment of firearms and melee weapons, and even body armor. You can also find field medical kits, rations, and various types of travel gear.
The Garage: The garage is partially above ground, partially below. The lower level houses the deadly Dreadnoughts, and the upper level holds your more basic vehicles. There are a couple motorcycles, a Pontiac Solstice, a Viper, an APC, a Hummer, a Van, and a Helicopter.
The Grunt Dorms: These dorms are designed just like the dorms on the main building.

Ora's room appears to be completely bare bones, smaller than the normal dorm room. The only furnishing are a small one-person bed, and a nightstand with a lamp and a single rose in a vase. Ora's real room is in her closet, which from most appearances, looks to be a real closet....but it's not.
The back of the closet holds a secret latch that is hidden by an illusion. When the latch is found the back wall opens up to reveal a walkway that leads to a a very large and interesting castle store in an alternate plane-- one that is mostly uninhabited, which Ora claimed for her own.-- Ora's room inside the castle has a large bed, a special mantle for Cirith Sal, and a huge wall-sized window that overlooks the cliffs of the world which her room inhabits. A bathroom branches off from the main room, with all the necessary facilities included, and a fountain, damnit.
Her room's decor changes according to her mood, If she is in a passionate or angered mood, it focuses on reds and swirling rought iron, with a glowing light reminiscent of firelight. The angrier, the brighter the red, the harsher contrast with the firelight, and the sharper the decorations. If she is in a tranquil or good mood the room is decorated in deep and vibrant greens, the light is like early morning, with the smell of sunrays right after the rain. The room is filled with lush greenery and twining vines, if she's in a particularly good mood white flowers might start blooming on the vines, but don't count on it. If she is in a foul mood, the room curls into blacks, the light is that of an approaching storm and a slight mist might raise to swirl around the floor like a swamp. The decorations stay with vines, but the vines are naked of leaves, twisted, and dead. The room seems entirely devoid of color.
Rarely will she invite anyone into her personal quarters, she considers the space rather sacred to her, something of her own.

Xeen doesn't live at the base, perfering to keep himself in solitude in one of the nearby auxilary stations for Union's old power grid. He keeps to himself, experimenting with the Pure Energy still inside the system, and takes a few prisoners from the camps to provide fuel for the ever-growing empire. Xeen's captive McKinnley is still in a Pure Energy reactor. I'll describe this more as time free up.

Vacant Room
Tne Vacant room is located in the eastern portion of the building, and has some minor security enhancements on the inside of the room. He has a large dresser against the northern wall, and a large four poster bed against the eastern wall. There are numerous weapon racks, filled with spears, axes, swords, rifles, and handguns, along with a couple armor racks. There is a fireplace to the south, with the hyde of an Uderfrykt, a rare beast from the Nordic Mountains, on the ground in front of it. In the corner is a large tube filled with an odd black liquid, the thickness and color hiding its contents.

Oralia traced her hand across the glowing globe in the council room, before taking her seat at the head of the table. So she had two enemies to dispose of now, general coyl, and Arch Lannen. She smirked at the thought of her godfather and his army, she shouldn't be too surprised, but it irked her none the less. She thought deeply on the matter, toying with different ideas. Coyl she didn't know well enough, but one thing she did recognize was the humans dependance on machinery. A super with ties to electronics would be extrememly useful. A few things came to mind, but most prominantly was the memories of a television turning on seemingly of its own accord, or changing channels without a remote, or a burst of electricity frying some piece of equipment. She smiled, she needed Blitz. She hadn't seen him in over a year, but finding a blue haired man with an eccentric personality shouldn't be too difficult.
As for the Angel, she knew him much better than she knew Coyl. The shades never came off, for one, and then there was the redhead. Both could be used against him, but of course he would prepare for that. She chuckled quietly, if she worked her skills correctly, it should work for her benefit.
She wrote down two things in her notebook, the first was "find Blitz," the second was "Krovh."

Ashura finished polishing the Leviathan and donned the armor, smiling at himself in the mirror. He was starting to look like a real general. He left his room and paused outside the door, reaching out with his mind to ensure that all defenses on the top floor were in place. He smiled again, then descended the staircase, and then left the building heading towards the center of Union City.

Jaydis had followed Ora's green Moth to the Head Quaters as she had been told, but not without first stopping at her home and gathering her favorite books and her Three Legged Cat. She now settled herself at the door of the HQ, the Moth fluttered about her head as her cat batted at it.

The door of the HQ opened, and the moth fluttered in. Ora's disembodied voice echoed in the room, although it was obvious the source of it came from the moth."Make yourself at home, there are a number of dorms available on the third and second level. The amenmities on the first level are also free for you to enjoy, I personaly adore the spa. Or if you are more in the mood, there are plenty of humans in the battlefield you may escort to the next life."

Jaydis followed the Moth within the Base and nodded at the voice. After the small speech, she made her way to the farthest corner of the third floor. She selected a room there and set her cat down on the floor. She kicked the door shut with her foot as her cat sniffled about. He turned his nose up at the clean lines and un-cluttered-ness of the room. He was used to the chaos that Jaydis had kept her down-town apartment in for so long.
Jaydis tossed her arm full of books down onto the bed and reached into the top book. She pulled out her tatty poster of the human body and stuck it up onto a bare wall. She also frowned at the un-clutter of the room, but she'd be home soon enough.

Mackie staggered into the HQ, barely conscious thanks to the pain of his broken leg.
((Is there a medical facility here?))

((I actually stuffed that into the Academy...that's what the big tubes of liquid are. Think of it as Bacta from Star Wars))
Ashura, who was just returning with Terra and Arthur, noticed Mackie's injuries. "So I guess taking you away with me after that helicopter did nothing." He smiled for a moment and then shrugged. "You should head to the academy and take a rest in the healing tubes. I'll numb your pain for now." With a quick thought, Ashura disconnected the nerves in Mackie's legs from the rest of his body, nullifying the pain.

Arthur looked at Mackie, and drew in a sharp breath. 'Looks painful. Eh, you'll get over it.' He turned to Ashura. 'Nice HQ you have here.'

Ashura looked around and then looked at Arthur. "I believe so. There are facilities here that you may use on the first floor. Rooms are on the second and third, and all facilities are co-ed. The fourth floor and the basement floors are off-limits. There is an academy where you can hone your skills, and a garage with vehicles that you may use. The helicopter is not to be touched unless I say so." He looked at Arthur and then to Terra. "Do I make myself clear?"
