That's an idea, but we already have a format for giving out items and it has worked wonderfully so far ^^ Right now our main concern is raising funds/gaining more items for the giveaway.

I have an idea for a contest type
Name the movie
ya have a quote for a movie and if the person guesses what movie they get gold, and if they guess the char or actor who said it they get a bonus ^_^

It could be like an 'avatar contest' type thing
people pay 500 - 1000g to enter
like.... 6 entries or something
the winner gets 2k and then some money can be used on getting items and on funds for the giveaway
Besides, probably there are some people in the Crew that have the items that they could borrow to the mule instead of buying them Music Makes the World go Round!

Yes, same here. Art auctions are always a good way to make decent gold and they're generally pretty fun ^^
