Morgion is from Orange County, California and they started out as a death metal band but eventually moved into the death/doom category. They are sadly split up now. Any thoughts on this amazing band?

One of the best heart .
Really epic death/doom. Loads of atmosphere and breathtaking beauty. One of my all time favourites. So sad they broke up crying

(how did i know this would be one of the first places you posted??)
Yeah i thought they were still together but i was doing some musical resaerch and i found that out. Kinda sucks. I always hate it when i start getting into a band that's broken up or the lead singer is dead (like Elis) Im just lucky i guess. stare

Yeah I was bound to be drawn to this sub-forum first xp
It does suck when you really start liking a band and then find out they are broken up. Happens to me often to.

Yeah, because you get into an album or a few songs and you can totally see yourself really getting into the band only to find out that the singer is dead. It just discourages me because i find no point in getting into a band that will not come out with anything new.
