k, usually and i've said it before here i think, i always ask the person that i want to try to heal first, because some people are really againced having anything to do with the paranormal and stuff. anyways, a friend of mine who had refused before to being healed because she didnt believe in it is going to be gone for a while because it is suspected she has TB, and they are doing tests and she's going to be in the hospital.
since i cant reach her till after she's out, i wont know anything about her health status, and that kinda worries me, and while it is obvious something of that severity is either hard or impossible to cure psychically i want to try doing something to help.
I've been debating this with myself for a little bit, cause she's refused before, but her reason for refusing was disbelief in it. i'm pretty much at a stalemate with myself so i was hoping on getting a little push one way or the other.

Ooh... that's tough... though... I say help her. When/if she gets better, either tell her, which may help her believe in it, or never tell her, but be happy knowing you helped. But, that's just what I would do.

Interesting theory of hers. I usually auto approve anything being done to me when I don't believe in it.
However, I would imagine that the hospital will be able to take care of her. Is magick capable of killing bacteria?

I use psi, and i've programed before one to 'use heat to kill bad germs' and since germs are so tiny, it wouldnt take much energy to heat them up to death point, then another to heal the damage they caused. it's worked on the common cold before XD

Ask yourself these questions ...
Would there be a possibility of a fallout from this (meaning, if you explained it to her after the fact, do you think she'd flip?)?
If so, what kind and how severe?
Can you DEAL with that kind of fallout?
Do you think it would be worth it in the long run?
These are the only things that matter in this situation. Not what any of US think. Working with forces that can change reality requires a great deal of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. It is up to each of us to explore the possible outcomes and consequences, to decide if we can HANDLE said outcomes and consequences, and then do so if/when they happen.
If you truly feel that helping her heal would be worth any anger she may feel about it, and if you feel that your friendship is strong enough to WORK THROUGH that anger, then by the gods GO FOR IT.

It's difficult... but I have to say no. I know I'm in the minority here, but well, I'm rather old school in my beleifs, always have been.

I think you just have to appeal to your higher self and ask what love would do.
Or at least that's what I was taught to do in similar circumstances when dealing with Reiki.

I agree...with the majority here. I think its really only something you can decide, and maybe if you really want to help her, just dont mention it, at least not right after the fact. maybe in a year or so after? But it's your call.
I know...if I was in your situation I would pray at least and bless her (using distance blessing) at least...

I'd heal her. If she didn't want you doing it just because she didn't believe, she just didn't want to stare at you while you looked strange because it would have freaked her out.
But if you do it when you're not around her, there'd be no way she'd know, unless she senses you. Then again she could just think she was sick and thinking about you and nothing more than that.
You seem to really care about her. And if I were in your case, I would help them.

In the case of healing, unless the person actually doesn't want to get better (I can't think of a reason for this unless it was likely that the disease/injury would cripple the sufferer for life--like polio or a really bad car accident, for example), or believes "witchcraft" is evil, my moral code states "assume permission granted."

thanks all, for those who said only i can answer, i'd been debating with myself already, but it wasnt going anywhere and needed the little push. anyways, i'm going to attempt it, but i'm not going to bother telling her, as there would be no way to prove i did anything anyways. no point in trying to convince a nonbeliever that something worked on her that i cant prove.

If it is possible in your healing system to send energy to her for just the highest and best that might be best. Such energy wouldn't heal her persay, it would act in whatever way her highest self would determine best. This way you can do all you can to help while also making sure you aren't doing anything she doesn't want.

hmm, i neither choose to agree, nor disagree. like obscurus here said, appeal to your higher self. or inner self as it may yet be. and go on what they ay. me though I will tell you what id do.
Id make an energy screen, specifically made for the TB cells, gather them up in one area, and have them filtered out through the sweat glands. while having that done, id place 'filters' in her major organs to make sure that it did not hapen again. then i would encompass her in a healing liht/energy, regardless. and wait for another instance to pop up, preferrably small but viable enough fr her to believe, and use my skill on that. to try and instill some beliefe or astonishment.
remember: working magic with the disbelievers, only makees them less attracted, but if you give them no explanation, nutil they are astonished or wondering ( usually the uman souls most open time) then chances are, you will have a truly open audience.
