[Setting – Island Grave Yard
Post Order-
[ X_Bleeding Roses_X ] Articulate.Penguin]
((Bianca 75%))
Bianca sat in a hollowed out old log right near one of the many grave stones, waiting to see if any frogs, lizards or mice where hanging around, sure she could get them from the cafeteria but they where always so much better when caught fresh. Looking around she sighed, she though with the graves that more small animals might be here, but nothing slowly she crawled out and looked around to figure out the most direct route back to her burrow.

((Michel 100% - Scorpion))
Michel walked along the graveyard path on legs, the other four limp against his sides. So much had changed since he had gotten onto the island. He could hardly remember how long ago he had first come here. A year? A month? Who knew? His tail moved up and down to his thoughts. He was so wrapped up in his thoughts that he didn't notice the ((snake, right?)) tail until he stepped on the end.

((Yep Snake.))
Bianca felt a stabbing pain in her tail end and wielded around snapping at the person on her sensitive appendage. “Hey Buddy watch where you step!” She said tongue flickering in and out as she examined the islander to figure out if she knew him. It was getting harder and harder to tell these days with everyone changing constantly and her eye sight to boot.

Michael's two front claws, the ones that used to be his real hands, immediately went up towards his face in a defensive posture, clicking slowly. The thing he had stepped on seemed to be a snake of some kind, though he had never seen her before.
"Ah," he started slowly. He took several deep breaths to calm his racing heart, "I'm so sorry...I didn't...Uh....I wasn't watching were I was going." His voice was soft, raspy, and close to impossible to understand if you didn't listen closely; the result of his transformed mouth.

Bianca’s tongue flicked rapidly, those claws where intimidating. “Ah… Its Ok, it just gets kind of irritating after a while.” She said her sensitive ears picking up on the low rasping voice easily. She paused for a second wondering if she should introduce herself 1st. She was just about to when something just at the side of her scuttled out of its hiding place, a small thin rat. Her body twisted and she lunged down and snapped at it gobbling it up. “So um….” She said realizing how awkward that must have looked, but instincts before politeness these days.

"Yeah, okay." the rat didn't bother him, he had been on the island long enough to get used to the islanders' strange habits, "the names Michael, my the way. Former geneticist in training." Once upon a time, he would have stuck out his hand, but that was just a tiny bit difficult now.
"What'cha doing hanging out in the graveyard? There are plenty of mice and stuff in the cafeteria."

“Bianca…. Genetics aye… Not an ex-lab tech right.” She said eyeing him hard. When he inquired she did a sort of half shrug and said “I know but its more fun to catch them yourself, plus they taste better this way.” She said shifting on the spot.

"I guess so..." He looked around and changed the subject entirely, "Who do you think died here?" The scorpion bent down and focused on the nearest headstone, unable to make out most of the words engraved upon it. "Do you think it was before Moreau set up shop here? Maybe an ancient alien race intent on destroying civilization as we know it?"
He hoped she knew he was kidding.

Bianca busted out in laughed out in laughter. “I wouldn’t be surprised about aliens in this place, but Moreau probably scarred them off when he looked at them. “But seriously to your question I think he had it set up long ago… Up there is a really well kept stone which has the same last name as the good doctors,” she rolled her eyes at this point, “so it was probably originally a place to get rid of the bodies of his dead relatives his gotten out of the way.” She said casually.

"See, that's the problem with relatives." Michael pointed out matter of fact, "They either love you, hate you, or, if your lucky, they hate loving you so the love hating you instead."
His four arms fidgeted, moving nonstop. Usually he was out patrolling the woods at this time. "Ah well, its all done in the name of science, eh?"

“Or there just plain pains in the butt who can’t make up their minds.” Bianca said adding to Michael’s statement. “Yeah I guess.” She said slinking from side to side where she stood.
“Soooo…” She said trying to think of something conversationally.

"So," Michael stated, picking back up the conversation, "Here's the standard question that I ask everyone, "How'd you get here? Me, I got sent her after my Uncle messed with some Feral Lab guys who were pretty close with Moreau. Then they decided to get revenge by whisking me away. It was actually supposed to be a job as a geneticist, actually."

“I signed up under the pretence that they had a new cure for albinism, well they did cure it but becoming a snake wasn’t part of the deal.” She said shrugging. A rustle was heard in the bush behind Michael. Bianca flopped to her stomach and looked straight between Michaels leg to see the source of the noise, also concealing herself at the same time incase it was one of the mad subjects. She gazed her tongue flicking in and out franticly, whatever it was, it was small, no harm. “Its ok it’s just something small…” she said trailing off as it came closer straight to Bianca. “BLISS! So that’s where you’ve been.” She said smiling picking up her small children’s python and cooing to it.

Michael's mouth flicked slightly in amusement as he watched the snake-woman pick up a smaller snake that resembled her most uncannily, though it was quite a bit smaller, and less "freaky" looking.
"Is it yours?" Michael inquired, hoping she wouldn't be offended by him calling the snake an "it" rather than a gender.
You just never knew with people; some could get so defensive over animals' genders.

“Yes he is, Exact same species as I’m turning into. I’ve had him since before I came to the island.” She said staring at him as he slithered up her arm. “Despite the fact I STILL can’t understand him. That really upset the labs, though there still hopeful.” She said rolling her eyes.
“Do you have any pets?” she asked looking up at him.
