And Willow in Buffy: Chaos Bleeds... the final levels all have your five main characters facing off against someone important to them, or rather a warped alernate version of them. Willow has to fight a vampire version of her lover, Tara. At the end of the battle she looks crushed and says something along the lines of "I just want to go home so I can hold you again."

We all know Samaus is a lesbian, she's a freakin' bounty hunter! Also there are plenty of implications that suggest Roxas and Axel from KH2 are in love, There's a character in shadow of hearts, he's a wrestler character but I forget his name but he turns in to something like "the gorgeous butterfly" as his alter persona.

Samus isn't a lesbian, actually. I'm a pretty big Metroid afficionado. If you've ever played Metroid Fusion, there's a strong romantic suggestion between her and her CO, Adam Malkovich. Through much debating and prying of Nintendo and its fan-base, we've established that there was, in fact, romantic tension between the two, although nothing ever came of it. It would be hard to have normal social behavior around humans when your parents were killed as a baby by a big pterodactyly thing named Ridley, then being raised by bird people, named Chozos. I have a sneaking suspicion that Mario's gay. He constantly saves the princess, then just goes home without trying anything with her. Not only that, but he lives with these tiny, spotted people that look like walking penises.

There's a character that seems like a drag queen in a game called Enchanted Arms

he/she is hilarious, he's called Makoto... she gets killed by the Queen of Ice... who's a total witch with a b, but it seems he loses the drag and becomes a warrior later on in the game... but he still has a crush on one of the main male characters.
