I don't have a lesson, but I could try to explain.. you should draw the hand first, so you know where the hair will be going. :3 Then just sort of.. draw the hair going over the fingers. D: Make sure to give it some thickness. I'd also leave parts of the fingers showing, rather than completely covered by hair, just to show what's going in better. And show how the fingers part the hair.
