Does anyone remember the conference talk about the donkey that fell in a well and they couldn't get it out so they tried to burry him alive? and then the donkey shook off the dirt and stepped on it until he got out? I need the source of the story/talk for my bf. He's been searching up and down and can't find it. He think's it was sometime between 1999 and 2002. I would be eternally greatful if you could help me out.

He said he searched all the conference talks. And ran a million searches on lds.org. I ran some searches on there as well and opened half the talks in my interent browser and did a word search for the word "donkey". (I didn't actually read all those talks sweatdrop , that would take forever.)

Hmmm. I know I've heard part of the story, but I'm not sure where you'd find it. It had a moral to it, right? I can't remember what it was. It would probably be easier if you tried searching "the lesson of the story" +donkey.
