Nix landed in a vast open field of tall green grass. A smile upon her maw she strut through the grass blades until it felt comfortable. It had been so long since she had been in grass that was this tall and healthy, it was fun to see it again after so long. She wondered where she was, she could see a giant stone structure in the distance. A pride lived here no doubt, she hoped she wasn't intruding.
She just wanted to find her sister...
Maybe she was here.
The black goddess folded her wings upon her back, pondered on creating an allusion over herself. But she was a bit tired form her flying, perhaps others wouldn't mind.

Ushukuru padded slowly through the tall grass of his homeland, red eyes casting about him aimlessly. It was a lovely day... and his ambling walk was a product of how lazy the warm sun made him feel. His tan fur soaked it up, leaving him hot, but in a pleasant way.
His head tossed lightly, shifting his growing mane on his neck. The matching tuft on his tail swung slowly from side to side, brushing against the grass that had brushed against his sides. He'd have to go hunting soon, his stomach was starting to remind him that he hadn't eaten recently.
A wide yawn stretched his jaws, flashing white fangs to the sky. A rumble rolled from his throat, half purr and half happy grumble.

Light blue hues settled upon a moving figure not too far away, she figured it was a male, a growing tuft upon their head. Either that or it was a rather large female, though Nix highly doubted that, she hadn't seen a female that could be THAT big, ever. "Perhaps he might know something...or might have seen her..." she said softly, then deciding to pursue after this tan-ish colored stranger.
Perhaps they wouldn't mind her coming up to them, saying high...maybe she should consider hiding her wings, though, she never was really good at hiding her horns, those caused a problem usually.
So she decided against it, once again.
"Hello," she said, rather loud so that the other could hear, as she got closer, she knew it was a male, that body structure...mhmmm, wait, she couldn't drool over a stranger she wished to speak to! Her sister always did she she was too flirtatious for her own good.

The sound of a nearby voice had the male's ears perking and he paused with one paw lifted. Turning his head, he searched for the source of the greeting, letting a smile slide onto his face as he saw the female. She was pretty with her dark fur and white fluff, her bold stripes standing out on her back. He tilted his head as he thought he saw... wings? And horns? That reminded him of another like that, a male, though he didn't have horns... making him wonder if she knew Ukali.
"Um, hello there." He replied, tossing his head gently to clear the growing mane from his eyes. "Sorry if I sound rude, but might I ask your name? I've never seen you here before."

"Hi," she said again, with a flick of her tail, a smile upon her maw. She stopped when she felt like she was getting too close to him, she didn't want to invade his personal space after all. What intrigued her was that he didn't seem to mind that she had wings, and horns...wow, she couldn't be more impressed really. Usually she was bombarded with questions right away, but this male, he seemed calm, kind. It was nice.
"I'm Nix'Annada, Nix for short, much easier to remember I think," she said with a smile and a wink. "What's your name? And pardon me for seeming rude but...you don't mind that I have these?" she made a motion to her horns and wings.

Ushu offered her a soft smile, still a little uncertain of this female. He stood easily as she approached, unafraid though she seemed to think he should be. Or at least awed.
"Its... nice to meet you, Nix. I'm Ushukuru, son of Rehani and Denahi, grandchild of Mufasa and Sarabi." He couldn't help the warmth of pride that flooded him with his recital, his smile growing more heart-felt. Red eyes blinked curiously when she asked about his opinion on her looks. He tilted his head gently, his smile turning a little playful.
"No, of course not. Should I? I've seen a god before, though not a goddess. You're hardly frightening... did you expect me to shout and cower before your mightly prescence." He chuckled and made his face look solemn as he bowed his head, his whole manner playful. She seemed to be nice, and she was pretty, for a goddess. He'd begun to see the value in female companionship, though he was no where near as lecherous as his brother, Ezeoha.

Nix giggled to herself, a few stray sparks gliding up her forearms then disappearing again, she cursed them inwardly, didn't need to sound rude in front of this nice male. "No no, just sometimes, others think they're odd is all, no need to be afraid, I don't like hurting others," she said with a nod and a sincere smile.
She didn't like pain much...inflicting it on others either.
She flicked her white fluffed tail and tilted her head, he seemed to nice, so full of...pride was it? She wasn't sure, he seemed proud of his heritage no doubt. "I like to just think of myself like everyone else just...with wings and stuff...sometimes they are overrated though," she said with a giggle, took a step closer to him, her ice blue eyes so very curious.
"I didn't break any rules by coming here...did I?"
She hoped not.

Ushu blinked as she stepped closer, his smile turning a little shy. Definitely not like Ezeoha at all.
"They're not odd, considering you're a goddess. Ukali had wings too, and he was a god, so I assume most gods have wings and things like horns. And, you know... you're not like everyone else..." His red eyes widened as the sparks ran up her legs, fascinated by them. Ukali certainly hadn't done that... but she probably had a different 'domain'. It made him curious as to what it was, and what those sparks were. He'd never seen anything like that. "You're very different, but in a good way."
Ruby eyes blinked at her question, a soft laugh suprised from Ushu. "You're not breaking any rules. The pridelands are very open, and they let most creatures come and go as they please. So its alright if you're passing through." He nodded, the motion ruffling his growing mane.

How his mane ruffled made Nix quiver on the inside with the need to run her paws over his mane. She had a thing for them, she admitted to it a long time ago, though she believed if she even thought of such a thing to do now, surely she might freak him out and scare him away.
She didn't want to to that..not at all.
Flicking her tail Nix smiled, "I'm glad I'm different in a good way then, good is better then bad," an obvious statement, though she felt a need to say it, why? Who knew, she was strange like that sometimes.
"Yes, passing through, looking for my sister actually, you haven't seen her have you? She's black and....well....bit and black, with wings too..." she honestly couldn't remember every detail from so long ago.
Plus, Nix didn't know if she had been reincarnated since last time.

Red eyes blinked gently as the tan male studdied the Goddess, still and thoughtful.
"I'm afraid not, Nix... I've only seen two gods in my life, and you're the only goddess. I don't think I've seen any black and white lionesses either, if she'd disguised herself." His slim shoulders rolled in a shrug, and the softest of a sigh slipped from his maw. Too bad... he'd have liked to be helpful, at least. He felt quite useless right now.
"Why are you looking for your sister? Has it been a long time since you've seen here? I'm like that with a lot of my siblings too, sadly. I don't see them much at all... none of us really cared to stay in touch."

Nix's ears fell back slightly, she had hoped that he had seen her. She flicked her tail and pushed the sadness aside however, she didn't want him to think she was mad at him for not seeing her sister. Sometimes things just didn't work out how you may have had it planned in your head. "I don't know if she has figured out how to disguise herself yet...she has a bit of trouble with it actually," she said with a smile, a hint of laughter.
Her sister was indeed a strange one.
"Its been a long time since I've seen her...we're best friends, not blood-related mind you, but, were close, we're literal sisters I guess others would call it, but she is y sister, I know that. I'm really the only one she has left," Nix said with a nod. Nix knew of her family, knew her family would live on but her sister didn't have that knowledge.
She tilted her head, took a step closer to Ushu when he spoke of his family, "I'm sure they still think of you. Family is a precious thing."

Ushu smiled as she stepped closer, dropping his eyes to his paws. "I know it is... I know it should be, but its hard to keep up with so many. I prefer being on my own, doing what I want to do when I want to. and not having to worry about anyone else."
A single claw cut into the dirt, drawing random patterns while its own thought to himself. "I suppose that sounds cold or brash... I do get lonely once in a while, there is no doubt, but more often I enjoy the solitude. I also don't mean that I dislike company... I do, but in moderation, I suppose. It all depends on the person and the situation, how I'm feeling that day and such..." He felt rather like he was babbling all of a sudden, and his words stumbled to an embarrassed halt. His gaze flicked up to Nix, then away, hoping she hadn't noticed.
"She's not related, but she's your sister?" That concept rather confused him. Sister's had the same parents as you... how could you have a sister, that wasn't your sister? He shrugged it off as unimportant, for the moment. "You two must, um, be really close..." The tan male said softly, his ears drifting back. "I'm not that close to anyone... it must be nice."

"Not having to worry about others but yourself is nice sometimes, to be alone in solitude, gives you time to think and do what you wish, so no, you aren't cold at all Ushu" Nix said with a smile while eyeing her white tail fluff, when she flicked her tail, it caught her attention, she felt a surge, let it pass. She didn't need to shock Ushu now, that'd be horrible.
Nix made a circle and sat back, why? She wasn't sure. But she smiled, though of her sister, yes, they were sisters in a strange way. "We met when we were really little, she told me she was alone, not sure where to go. I was the same way as her, I acted like the older one, though she's six days older then me. I had gotten separated from my family at that point, so we had each other...but that was only for a little while." Nix remembered when her sister left, she was sad but, she knew it was for the best. They had both grown older, could handle life on their own.
And her sister said it was for the best...that she wanted Nix safe by having her go. Nix had understood and nodded, but didn't truly understand why she didn't chase after her sister.
"Everyone has their own little problems in life, some just need more time then others to overcome them, thats why I search for her now, I hope she overcame her obstacle she faced since I met her."
Long story, perhaps she was boring Ushu? That wouldn't be good.
"Enough of the silly talking on my end, you said you have not seen her, and thats alright, though I'd like to see a bit more before I must go. Will you walk with me?"

Ushu seemed oblivious to the fact that the lioness beside him was charged with energy, and one wrong move could give him a rather nasty zap. Poor thing would have an afro rather than the soft fluff that was his growing mane...
"Oh, I see... you're not related, but you're such close friends that you consider yourself sisters." Ushu nodded sagely, though he didn't really understand feelings like that. He'd never been that close to really anyone save his mother, and he was already related to her.
A smile spread over his maw as he rose to step to her side, his head tilting in an unconciously playful pose. "Would be happy to walk with you, Nix. Have you seen much of the Pridelands yet? I've lived here my whole life, and I know every inch of it... so I could show you around, if you liked..." His voice grew softer at the end and he dropped his eyes, paws shuffling in the dust as he took a step forward and waited for her to join him. She probably knew her way just fine, she was a goddess after all, and didn't need someone like him as a guide. Still, he wanted to be helpful... to be something of value in her eyes. It was very important to him, to have a good standing in the opinions of others.

"Close friend some may call it, but she's my sister, always will be in my eyes, heart, its hard to be apart from her, really it is. Though when I do find her, it will be a memorable moment for certain," she said with a nod. She smiled, watched him, his whole life he lied here? That must be nice, to have a home, not have to travel around. Perhaps she will find a place to call home, find a place, make a family. Yes, that would be nice.
"I haven't seen much no, just from the skies, and its not that interesting from so far up you can imagine, much more spectacular from here," she said making a motion with her paws against the ground. SHe smiled at him, padded to his side and nudged him with her shoulder slightly, just slightly enough that she didn't feel a surge of power run to that spot in her veins.
She didn't want to shock him after all.
"I'd love to see what you could show me Ushu."
