I dont know where it is anymore but i know there used to be some pretty good stickies or threads or something somewhere in the guild or on masturbation.
Theres a lot of different things you could do, personally, i like...i guess rubbing my clitoris is what really helps me. Thats a clitoral orgasm though, not vaginal.But for instance just trace different letters of the alphabet on it, and you could also try lubricant to help, or water play. Or use different certain objects to help you.
