I have seen a few things that may be able to connect to this pairing. It seems it could be cute, though they seem to be fine as just friends as well. But hey, I'm sure some people out there like this pairing, so why not make a forum for it. Go ahead, post anything that may help the pairing grow on others.

I think it would work, notice cameron said to chase he was the least likely person she would love which means Forman is at least second on her list of 'possibilities'. His competition at the clinic would only be House, and I think she's a little tiered of him.

I think that Foreman is too smart to get in a relationship with someone at work, you know? plus he would see that Cameron was using him to
a) make house jealous
b)get over chase(BECAUSE SHE DOES LOVE HIM! SHE DOES!*STOMPS FOOT)
c)have sex
....ya....i hate cameron

Thats a good point, but Foreman was with a nurse once before wasn't he? But then again, thats a nurse and not someone he works with more then just a nurse. So thats a good point.
