The area is currently frozen with snow and ice but during this time of year, Moscow is said to have nice hot springs. Hollows appear here at a constant rate as well due to the number of souls in the region.
There are multiple shinigami also stationed here due to the abnormal amounts of hollow here. They are usually weak hollows that normal shinigami can dispose of in mere seconds, but there have been sightings of powerful hollows nearby this region.
The streets of Moscow are usually filled with people in the day and empty at night. Be sure to pick up your litter heart

A door appeared atop of a skyscraper. It parted, into two pieces, and allowed a light to pass onto the rooftop beneath it. As the wooden frames shifted away it parted the snow falling from the above heavens. A giant, and two smaller figures, walked into the snowy city.
Ugu stood tall in his black-white shinigami gear. His eyes, his piercing lime eyes, shattered the snow around him as he began to let his reiatsu flow freely from his body. Snow began to fight its natural path in favour of the ground as he shifted his reiatsu inward. It'd most likely attract a hollow or two.
"Tsai. Kaosu. Stay close to me and don't try to do anything stupid. I'll get punished if you guys die."

"We know, we know," he said as he patted the giant that stood before him. He took out a pen from his coat and placed it behind his ear, he wanted to get alot of information about hollows from this trip for his future research, Tsai wouldn't miss out now. No, not now.
He then watched as Ugu-sensei released his reiatsu. "Baiting eh?" he said looking up at Zenmaru. "How many do you expect we'll get?" he asked as he buttoned up his black fur coat. It was quite cold in what the mortals called Russia. Even as Shinigami, the cold affects us. "Might as well be prepared for any hollows..." he said as he yawned and placed his right hand on his zampakuto. His left hand was in his pocket fiddling with his notepad which he had brought along to take notes.

Kaosu stepped boldy out into the cold and stood still immediately afterwards. "Sonuva...it's freezing!" Kaosu opened his eyes slowly and shook himself off. "Whew. A little c-colder than Soul Society."
Kaosu sat on the edge of the skyscraper, feet dangling. "So, we just...wait? What're we attracting 'em with?"
Kaosu, taking Tsai's lead, had just recently started asking questions. A lot of questions. "Might make me a bit smarter in the long run, I guess."
Kaosu, then, closed his eyes and concentrated. If there was a hollow to be had, Kaosu would be the first one on it. "Nothing so far..."

"We should get at least one. Or, if we're lucky, five." The man yawned as he continued to spout his reiatsu into the Moscow air around him. "Ah-" his eyes sped down the a small black thing at the base of the scraper. It seemed to shift with the shadows and began climbing the bricks that parted the shinigami and it. "And we have our first customer."
"I'll let you guys take this fight. I will, however, jump in if you guys are getting too badly beaten." The gate that the three people shut, and dissipated into nothingness. Ugu shunpo'd to the other side of the building as the Hollow made its appearance on the roof. It looked like a massive bull, but was able to walk on its hoofed haunches. Aside from the typical mask, and the black skin, it seemed to possess a large meadow of black fur on its whole body.

Kaosu, without a word, pushed off the side of the building, flying downwards. After a few seconds, he controlled himself and started sprinting down the side of the scraper. He unsheathed his zanpaku-to with a seemingly fluid motion and placed near his side.
"Bear." Kaosu muttered. "Remember the Bear."
As he bore down on the hollow, he still didn't yell or scream. He hoped the hollow hadn't noticed him yet. "Element of surprise...element of surprise...
Then, right as he was about to crash into the body of the hollow, he shoved his zanpaku-to towards it's dark frame. Then, thinking ahead, he then jumped off the building whether the hit connected or not, preparing for either a successful hit or a good dodge.
"Man...So much Tsai has taught me."

"Another furry critter, all we need.." he sighed as he walked towards the hollow. He had no fear of it, it wasn't his first time seeing a hollow, he analyzed it and wrote some notes down as he moved towards it closer and closer. He put away his pen and notepad and then ran up to it and jumped into the air.
He shouted as if it was a battle cry and landed onto on the Hollow. He drew his zampakutou and lashed it at the hollow from above before jumping off and rolling into a defensive position.

Both attacks landed, and cut into the being's fur. Blood splattered from the cuts, and splattered onto the blades belonging to the two shinigami. The bull roared as it felt the swords cut into it. It twisted and rushed toward Tsai Lin. The being lowered its head and made way toward the student's body aiming to crush the spirit in one blow.

Kaosu grinned when he landed onto his two feet. "I haven't felt this good since....well....a long time." Kaosu whipped his blade, cleaning the blood off of it's curved frame. He looked up and saw the large bull charging Tsai.
"I hope you dodge him, Tsai." Kaosu thought. "Because this gives me a great opening." Kaosu charged the animal-esque hollow, sword down low. This time, he was aiming for the monster's legs. He was running straight behind the hollow, following it's wake as it charged.
Slowly, he caught up. Kaosu waited for it's right hindquarter to slam into the ground before he struck. He shot his zanpaku-to from the general area of his side towards the large hunk of muscle.

Tsai landed on the ground and sheathed his zampakuto with a click. He then stared at the hollow who was moving towards him ready to kill him. He looked around, where would he move after dodging?
To the side? To the front? To the back? Then he noticed Kaosu, if Kaosu was quick enough, he had a plan. Tsai leaped backwards dodging the hollow just barely and putting himself right infront of it. Kaosu would be in a perfect place to attack after his dodge since he was behind the hollow. They could form a pincer and deal some damage.
Dodge:

He also needed to keep the hollow distracted from the front as well, the same hit and run tactic he did a few seconds ago would come in perfectly. Tsai ran towards the hollow again, and jumped ontop, drew his zampakuto quickly and lashed it out at the hollow's black skin. "If this tactic will work on this hollow, it's probably not the most intelligent of hollows, but then again, what are the odds of seeing an intelligent hollow" Tsai jumped off the hollow, rolled and got back into a defensive stance with one hand. His other hand was busy fiddling with his note pad. Flipping to the correct page, then quickly writing down a note.

After Tsai dodged, the monster made a massive leap to the other side of the rooftop. It roared at the two students as it raised its massive hands into the air. The being continued to roar for the next few moments as the shinigami made their moves.
Psseer raised it right hoof and thwacked Kaosu's sword away with a mighty stomp. Tsai, too, was on the receiving end of the hollow's defense. It shook its mane in an attempt to remove the spirit, and was able to do so before the teenager could do any damage.

It raised its white mask and roared once more as it centered its reiatsu into its mouth. Then, after another moment of roaring, it let out a howl in the direction of the two shinigami. A white breath exited its mouth as it unleashed a special technique onto the 2 men. Frozen breath. If it landed on the two fighters it would most likely cause some of their joints to freeze.

Ugu's eyes watched the two students. They seemed to be working together, and seemed to be reaping the fruits of such a labour. The shinigami smiled as the two made headway into defeating the hollow. His face, though, showed some form of worry as the hollow unleashed a whirlwind of freezing breath at the two teenagers.

Tsai landed and took out his notepad, taking his eyes off of the enemy for just a few seconds then he heard a roar. After he finished his note he placed it back into his pocket but it was too late. He had not noticed the frozen breath that was unleashed.
Dodge:

Tsai's HP: 20 - 1 = 19
Tsai's left arm felt as if it had been glued tight and they were freezing as well. His legs felt a little stiff but they were able to be moved. And he also felt really cold even though he was wearing a coat. But he forced himself forward towards the enemy even though his left arm was unable to be used and he was sniffling since he was cold. The coat did help keep him a bit warmer. "No matter, I'm right handed anyways!" he shouted as lunged forward at the hollow, landing on top of it again and pulling his zampakuto out, lashing out at it again, and hopped off onto the safety of the rooftop.
