You know, like how there are sites with beautiful rainbows and just complex graphics? What can I do to make this better? This is going to be the background layout for a frames site.

It would look fine, as long as it was not repeating. Maybe some floating flowers in the bottom left corner?

I don't know...it just...feels really empty....and not very good either (probably because it's not). I'll look for a flower brush...maybe I can find one...

Your lucky there are LOADS of brilliant flowers brushes.
Maybe have the image fixed in the right or left, and then have some sort of patterned tile to go around it.

I think you should have the background more faded (the larger picture). Maybe if you brighten the contrast more, the image would stand out. The left side seems much heavier, so you should add something to the right side, like some text.
