There are voice actors out there that will ALWAYS be one character in our minds. No matter how many things they voice in, no matter how well they act in other anime/cartoons/commercials, they will ALWAYS be that character.
This is my list:
Steven Blum - He will ALWAYS be Spike. My response to Wolf's Rain? "Hey! That wolf sounds really familiar... Oh-my-god! It's Spike! That's awsome!" Ditto Toonami commercials.
Johnny Yong Bosch - Vash the Stampede, of course! Or, as he is currently referred to in my head, "Strawberry the Stampede." X3; Being both Vash and Ichigo has keeled him, I believe. Even if he IS amazing at both roles.
Lisa Ortiz - She will, of course, ALWAYS be Lina Inverse from Slayers. I love Slayers soooo much, and it wouldn't be Slayers without Lisa. ...Although I do find it amusing that she also voiced Shizuka Jounouchi in Yu-Gi-Oh. Or Serenity Wheeler. Whatever.
Crispin Freeman - Alucard! Dracula backwards! In every other anime I've seen him voice in, he's always a good guy, a nice guy, but he's ALUCARD! I can't think of him as anything else! ><;! ...Though you have no idea how hard I squeed when I realized he was in Soul Calibur. X3
Vic Mignogna - I can't even listen to the man's music without thinking, "Wow, Ed has a pretty voice." ...I know. It's horrible.
Scott McNeil - The man needs a braid down to his butt. He really, really does. 'Cause I can't hear his voice without thinking DUO, so he needs to look like Duo, too. XD
Dan Green - His voice is hilarious. X3; He does SOOO many commercials and SOOO many random voices, and I giggle at all of them. I can't help but think of whoever he voices having tri-colored, spiky hair. Or seing Yami no Yuugi announcing various commercials. It's hilarious.
...Of course, there are MANY more, but I wanna give other people a chance. XD

Well, three that come to mind are:
Laura Bailey: She'll always be Honda Tohru. <3
Cynthia Martinez: She'll always be Naegino Sora. <3
Hilary Haag: I've heard her do so much, but I don't think anything will ever beat Rosette Christopher. ^__^ <3

In roles other than Lust from FMA, Laura Bailey sounds an awful lot like Melissa Fahn. I might be the only one who noticed that, but meh. XD
That said, Joshua Seth will always be Tai Kamiya. Wendee Lee will always be Faye Valentine. Richard Ian Cox will always be Inuyasha. Caitlin Glass will always be Winry Rockbell. And so on and so forth.

Mona Marshall will always be Izzy.
Michael Reisz will always be Matt from Digimon.
Justin Cook will always be Yusuke Yurameshi.
Chuck Huber will always be Hiei
Quinton Flynn will be Axel forever, I suck at picking out his voice, but no matter what I'll just be like "Axel?"
This one I think is true for everyone: SEAN SCHEMMEL WILL BE GOKU UNTIL THE DAY HE DIES! (possibly longer)

Mary Elizabeth McGlynn will always be Julia and Motoko Kusanagi.
Kari Wahlgren will always be Haruko Haruhara.
Eric Vale will always be Trunks and Yuki Sohma. (I still associate him with Zolf J. Kimblee, however.)
Moneca Stori will always be Kagome Higurashi.
Sam Vincent will always be Athrun Zala.
Travis Willingham will always be Roy Mustang.
Matt Hill will always be Kira Yamato.
Sonny Strait will always be Maes Hughes.
Tony Oliver will always be Lupin III.
Liam O'Brien will always be Gaara.
Beau Billingslea will always be Jet Black.
Michael Lindsay will always be Joe Kido. Those of the newer generation will eventually come to know of him as Kisuke Urahara, however.
Veronica Taylor will always be Ash Ketchum.
Spike Spencer will always be Shinji Ikari.
Kirby Morrow will always be Miroku and Trowa Barton.
Kelly Sheridan will always be Sango.
Janyse Jaud will always be Kagura.
Stephanie Sheh will always be Orihime Inoue and Hinata Hyuga.
Kate Higgins will always be Sakura Haruno.
Yuri Lowenthal will always be Sasuke Uchiha and Keigo Asano.

Hilary Haag will always be Riku Harada.
Derek Stephen Prince will always be either Keitaro or Ken Ichijouiji for my generation but the newer generation will know him as Shino Aburame and Uryu Ishida.
Kyle ********* will be teen Gohan unless Kiba, Ganju, and Aizen take on and replace them.
Dan Green will always be Yugi and Yami Yugi.
Eric Stuart will always be Seto Kaiba.

Amane318 Justin Cook will always be Yusuke Yurameshi.
See, that amuses me 'cause, even though I saw YuYu first (of course), I'll always think of Justin Cook as Russel Tringham from FMA.
I watch YuYu now and think, "Hey, it's Russel! ^_^ Whee~!"

Deffinitly have to agree with you on my favorite VA, Freeman will ALWAYS be Alucard for me.
I watch Witch Hunter Robin, and stop looking at the screen for a minute or two. Suddenly...
"ALUCARD!!!-- Wait... Wait... Amon? Eh, I can deal with that."
Life continues, then I see him in Eureka 7, and can't believe it.
Then I bloody well find him in SLAYERS!

Scott McNeil he will always be the voice of Piccolo. Even though Chris Sabot was Piccolo longer then he was Scott's Piccolo voice is the one I hear every time i pick up a Dragon Ball Z manga.
With Freeman not we have him playing Itachi. Darn it he's still Alucard but now he's trying to be Sasuke's far cooler brother?
