OH OH OH!!!!
1.When it all falls apart by the veronicas. 2.Welcome to The Black Parade By My-chemical Romance 3.Wait a minute by the PussyCat Dolls
Those are some songs I work out to in my room.
A good website to go to if you already dont know is http://youtube.com/
you can play the songs on there and all you have to do is put in the name and artist and it should give you the song or video you want.

Youtube is great, we did a dance unit in school and we learned the Cotton Eye Joe. It's fun and after a few days of doing it at home with music from youtube my jeans fit a little looser. I haven't done it in a few days but I probably should

It's kind of confusing. It's a basic 8 count dance. You start with your feet together then you put your right heel out and to the right, then you take your right toe and put it on the other side of your left foot(so your right leg crosses over your left leg) then you put you right heel out and to the right again, then with a jump put both feet together, repeat those steps with the left leg. Then you put your right heel out to the right with a jump, then jump your feet together, do the same with your left foot, then right again. Now here's the confusing part(as if this whole thing isn't confusing enough as it is). You lift you left leg up to touch the inside of your foot with your right hand, then quickly switch your leg to the back so you touch the outside of your foot with your left hand, then, as you turn to face the left) you repeat touching the inside of your foot. Then you start the dance over. (This is confusing I know, I'll take pics of me doing the dance and post them soon)

Oh I guess I should include my own, let's see. Well the White Stripes and Racontuers have some great fast songs and although it isn't on my play list yet the song Ok Go is great(hey it's gotta be, the video was filmed on a freaking treadmill smile ) The Brian Setzer Orchestra has some good stuff too, it's this great rockabilly made in the mid 80's but sounds like Swing I love it. Ah yes Franz Ferdinand is amazing and like all his songs are fast and great. So there is my stuff, I'm more of the rock person and I hate rap but I've been thinking of buying a good mix CD of like Dance or Hip-hop, it's definately easier to dance/workout too then rock(any suggestions?)

I'm kind...of random. I'll listen to almost anything, but these work best whe I work out:
1) Top of the World (Hope 7) 2) We Don't Die (Twiztid) 3) The artist is "Kannazuki No Miko." I don't know the song title. The whole song's in japanese, but it motivates me. 4) Time of Dying (Three Day's Grace) 5) Riot (Three Day's Grace) 6) Fading Like a Flower (Roxette) Remixed versiom, though. 7) Listen to Your Heart (DHT) Remix cool Welcome to Paradise (Green Day) 9) You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison (My Chemical Romance) 10) I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker (Sandi Thom) 11) Fly (Hope 7) 12) All that I'm Living For (Evanescence) 13) Bring Me to Life (Evanescence)

Angry music I can sing in my head, but not screamo.
A perfect circle gets me revved.
