Perhaps my favorite philosophy of all time: "It's only illegal if you get caught."
and then there's : "Eat a live toad every morning and nothing worse can happen to you for the rest of the day"
and one everyone should know: "If life gives you lemons, sqeeze them into a water gun and squirt other people in the eyes"

one of the funniest things philosphies i've heard was "man who fishes in in another mans well is more likely to catch crabs"
