Hi, this is Yousei. I am a college student, majoring in cultural anthropology, which means I study the cultures of people living today. I feel that it is important to know how to dress yourself to look good, not only because other people are impressed but you feel better about yourself.
One of the reasons I joined is I have a friend I would like to give a make over to and I have very little ideas in what to do.
She was in a bad car accident a couple of years ago and has pretty bad scars covering her left arm and hand. I want to help her be able to dress nicely and still feel ok about the scars. She currently refuses to leave her arm open unless she is in a private place that she feels comfortable. This is really hard in the summer heat because she always wears coats and long sleeved shirts.
I was thinking that maybe loose fishnets might work to cover the scars and make her more comfortable in the summer. Any suggestions would be amazing.

I'm Shannon, and I'm in grade 8. I have TONS of fake friends, and I think 5-10 real friends. I feel, people look down upon me because I wear glasses. Everyone thinks I'm smart because I wear glasses. I love most sports, which most people don't know. I am also a black belt, which people think I'm trying to show off.
I joined because I don't feel comfortable with myself, and wish I could look better than I feel.

The name's Amanda, I'm 17, currently a junior in high school. I wish to major in Psychology so this guild will help me greatly in helping people not only with their emotions, but it will also help me discover things about myself.

Actually I live in the suburbs, but it's all jumbled in with farms and it's really weird .__.
I have like, 2 really good bestbestbest friends, but I talk to just about everyone.

Heylo, I'm Shia. I'm 13 and in 7th grade. I have reeeaaally low self-esteem and I'd like to know how to put on makeup and stuff. XD heart And this guild seems fun. I'm seen as the quiet person in the corner by most people, but by my few friends I'm insanely crazy and smiley and... overprotective. XD;

Ambitions in life: I would like to dance with either Boston ballet or Houston ballet. Some sort of company along those lines. If I don't get it it then I would like to go to community college and then work up to state college.

Hi the name I go by is Munchkin. I am kinda quiet and SUPER CLUMSY! I love to be with my friends and rave with them. I know a lot about makeup because I dance a lot. It sounds cheesy but it's the truth. I have had a lot of issues calling me myself. But I have worked though a lot of it. ^^(as backwards as it seems.....) I am goth and I love EGL(Elegent gothic lolita) So I hope to help anyone I can. And I may have a Q or to myself. @_@

a little about myself: Ok well first off I would like to thank Homicidal Paperdoll for inviting me to this group. Now I can be quite the joker when it comes to fashion. Give me an outfit dare and I will generaly do it. My personality tends to jump from super confident to not confident at all. I am still trying to understand that one. I love to sketch and design clothing, and yes a lot of it can be a bit out there. I have an obsession with funky wigs. And just like Munchkin I am a clutz. Style wise if I am going to class i just want to blend in and not be seen so i wear hoddies and sweats. Out of school i can only describe it as artschool clothes. I have been called a spooky-kid, goth, happy goff, graver, and raver. So by that Even i don't know what my style is.
Achivements: Participated in a University fashion show (designed some ooutfits for it) I also Co-oped for a fashion designer in Toronto ( owns a little boutique)

Hi! I'm Katherine, currently a senior finishing up high school. I LOVE writing...I used to be Managing Editor of my school newspaper...though I'm not very good at it. I also draw in my spare time, though I haven't done much of any of these hobbies because my time is being used to complete last minute school projects...not to mention the Relay For Life event coming up. I'm also a team captain for the Relay For Life, an organization dedicated to raising money for the American Cancer Society.
I'm mostly the quiet and observant type who isn't exactly very knowledgeable in all things beauty and would like to learn from all this guild has to offer. 3nodding

Hi everyone. My real name is Karla, and I've just finished my second year of university. I'm a criminal justice major, and I want to become a police officer one day, and write novels on the side. Writing has been a big part of my life, and I hope to continue on with it. It was difficult to decide what to major in, since I have two big loves in life, but I figure a justice degree may take me more places. It was the hardest decision of my life!
I'm a bit of a tomboy, and make-up just isn't my style. What I like is just plain old me, and if people cannot accept that, then that is their loss. I joined the guild for the wellness portion of the guild, mainly. I enjoy taking care of myself in any way possible, since it's the only body I'm ever going to get. Of course, I try and dress reasonably well, so I can't say that the entire beauty section isn't in my interest, and I'm excited to see what I can take out of the guild. Nice to meet you all.

Ok since you asked so politely I suppose I have to intorduce myself. I'm Jamie, 14, and live in a lovely little hellhole called Ohio (excuse my French). I'm a Freshmen in High school and participate in the Chorus program there. I'm actually a bit obsessed with hockey, which shocks most people because I'm rather girly. Yes, those are the Pittsburgh Penguins on my profile, and I'm proud of it!! So... that's me.. I think...
