Go over them. A lot!

You really can't slack on this sort of thing; a Bar/Bat mitzvah is one of the most important times in your life, so try your best to practice in your free time! I recommend meeting with your cantor or a Hebrew tutor at least twice a week for about an hour, if not more. Think every now and then about what it means to you and you'll be even more motivated. Good luck! 3nodding

Also what you can do is....
hmm I'll ask rabbi nadel he's trying to remember this thing, or something. I'll ask him his secret and get back to you 3nodding

I guess it doesnt work for everyone sweatdrop .
Basically I just had a CD that I played a few nights during the week that said certain prayers and whatnot over and over again. It didnt really help me memorize it to the point where I could recite them on cue, but they helped me learn the beat and rhythm of the prayer so that once I got started I could just hear how it was supposed to go in my head.

Put the prayers on your iPod, if you have one, and play it between classes, when walking to and from school, and any time that you have leisure time.

Say each prayer at least twice a day. Morning and evening, and afternoon if you can. Practice saying it loudly and clearly, so that you can be heard not to stumble when you do it in synagogue. Better yet, practice in front of your family or a friend or two, to get used to speaking in front of people.

And remember, this isn't the end of your life as a Jew. Don't just study for your bat/bar mitzvah, get through that day, and then feel like you've 'graduated' and don't have to do any more after that. This is the beginning of your Jewish life. It's a big deal. This is the time when you should ramp up your learning and your observance, not begin to slack off.
