 I want to dress like a pirate tommorow. Unfortunatly, the only piratey thing I have is a bandanna. So I need to know, how to get a piratey shirt, what kind of shoes I should wear to be piratey besides those boots, How to make an eye-patch, Pirate hat (Tricorne or bicorne), Pirate shoes, and how to tie a sash.
I need to know, How to sew piratey stuff! :GONK:

Historically acurate pirates just wore loose fitting shirts and breaeches. So wear pants (like dress pants), roll them up past your knees, (or close to them) a loose white button up shirt and unbutton the sleeves and roll them up or you can keep them loose and flapping around. THe shoes are somewhat weird because pirates were primarily sailors, and sailors went barefoot so they could get a better grip in the rigging. I'm not sure what you'd wear there...

It was fun. Having some kid dress up like a pirate really lightens the mood. So I have decided that I will do this every wednsday. Or monday. We'll see.
