Ever had one of those moments where you realize,"Oh My Gosh! I`m an Idiot!"? Well a few weeks back I was stupid enough to keep my alram clock on the window sill where the moisture could get in and mess up wiring. I set it for the next morning too and I never went off. When I woke up, all I could see on the screen were a few lines.

This was one of those mornings where I had a 7:30 a.m class. I woke up at 7:12 thanks to our next door neighbor`s alarm clock. Nevertheless, I was late to class. But it`s okay cause the professor didn`t really care. Most of the time in World Civ. it`s just student presentations.
What`s silly is when the numbers showed back up, I reset it for class and actually ended up setting it for p.m instead of a.m. sweatdrop I seriously don`t know how I could`ve missed that.

You know the reasons I like having long hair?

You can do just about anything you want to with it. When I pull the hair in front of my face well enough, I can impersonate Thing from The Adaams Family movies or the girl from the ring. It`s kind of funny. Every once in a while when I`m bored, I end up messing with it. I can`t help it. It`s just so...Flippy!

Ah Childhood Nostalgia!

I still remember the night I ran off in the hospital as a little kid. (around the age of two or three) My middle sister was just a little baby when this happened. Dad said he was going to get some dinner, so I thought soon afterward, I`d follow him. So off I went, down the hallway and past some of the doors and doctors into the elevator. I distinctly remember messing with the buttons on the elevator when a nice old lady stopped me and asked me where my parents were.

Of course I was only two or three at the time, so I couldn`t really give an answer. Down we went to the main floor. The lady explained to a security guard as he was coming in of the situation. I can very well remember that his first name started with a D(I think I can actually remember his name.) xd . Anyway after awhile, he brought me outside to talk to one of his friends at the main gate.

When we came back in my parents were standing there, worried sick and upset with me. They even said I made my middle( at that time little) sister cry. Sure enough, when we got back to the room, she was crying. It`s amazing the instances you can remember from childhood. Ah! Good Times. Good times!

Shakesphere?! Yuck! xp

Right now I`m trying to finish a four-page paper on Hamlet. It`s proving to be a thorn in my side. I`m supposed to clarify something that would confuse most readers, but at the same time make it debatable as well as point out something in the story that most readers may not notice.

To add to that it`s in the original Shakespherian which is confusing and a bit overly annoying in my opinion. I`ve been running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get a copy of the 1997 movie to try and better understand it, so I had to settle for a few summaries to give me an idea of what it`s about.
The play itself is in five acts and it took me about two hours to get through the first act and into the second. Goodness. I don`t know how I`m ever going to get this done tonight. sad

All Hamlet aside, now we`re getting into poetry which I can really sink my teeth into. I`m doing alot better in some of my classes because I`ve been getting more sleep. Now I`m actually awake enough to take notes. I have to admit, I am not the best student in the world. That`s mostly because of my particular distaste for textbooks. Anyway, I`m feeling good. My birthday`s coming up in a couple of days( April 6th to be precise) and my parents are planning on kidnapping me. whee They like to do this on holidays for some reason. I kind of miss them. Here I am about half way through my second semester and I`m ready for it all to end so I can finally relax. I`m seriously thinking of camp counceling this summer for a week. It sounds like alot of fun and I could sure use the experience. Right now I`m just waiting for my next class to start which is at 11:40. I am not fond of the coughun-editedcough pictures in the Fine Arts book. Yeah. You know the ones(teh nasty artsies). Do not want to see that. xp Eck! I like the music though. 3nodding

PostPosted: Thu Apr 26, 2007 12:05 pm

Next week after finals I`m supposed to start moving out of my dorm for the summer. Personally I`m not too worried with my finals. I`m just glad the big projects are over and I can relax.

I was educationally deprived in the sixth grade. By that time I was still working with addition and subtraction. That first semester, I went to a private school that didn`t really seek to teach me anything. All they did was give me work books to complete. Most sixth graders would have been working with algebra by then, but no! I was in addition and subtraction. When I finished my first math workbook, they never gave me the second one! scream I asked and asked. I was getting mad too. The second semester(home schooling) didn`t fare too well for me either. My mom brought these sixth grade workbooks from Wal-mart to try and teach me algebra, but by that time it was Latin to me. xp I haven`t done well in math since. Sometimes I don`t even understand basic algebra. It`s sad really. neutral I can`t type really well either since I was never taught to do that. It took me forever to write a six page research paper whereas I`ve seen other people who can clear eight pages in a matter of minutes. How embarrassing... emo

I think this is where I`ll put some of my more notable quotes. You guys feel free to add to this list if you liked something I said. Well, here goes...

Quote:
Saikii`s theory of irrelativity: Nothing is relative. It`s all in your head.

Quote:
The way I see it, each of us is here for a reason.(whatever that may be) We spend so much time trying to find out this reason and we get so stressed out, then eventually everything starts to fall into place and we don`t know just how great the puzzle of life was till we`ve completed it. Wherever the road in life takes us, we must remember that somewhere ot there something is waiting. What`s waiting? What`s around the bend and we can never know unless we try and give things a chance. It`s the little things in life that tend to make us smile, like a bunch of guys having a popsicle war at lunchtime or a bird that just wizzes by three inches from the face and makes you jump back like "Whaoh! What was that? That was incredible!" It`s the little things that can turn into something great and sooner or later, we`ll see the big picture. One of these days when I`m old and ready to die, I look forward to looking back on life`s accomplishments and seeing the picture of life that I helped in some small way to create. And maybe just maybe, I`ll help paint a picture that helps change other people`s lives for the better.

Quote:
Aw! But that`s a sure-fire way to make a horse hoarse. Who cares if he burns down your house. It`s not like he burned down your sideburns. Light a horse on fire... Why you show me a sure-fire horse I`ll fire him on the spot. That`ll leave him hoarse. Then he really will light up the house.
Go ahead. Just try. We need to lighten up this conversation.

Somewhere deep within the COS lies a monster of monstrous monstrocity. I like to call him Bobby. 3nodding Anyways, he`s Ebil! Not many who`ve seen him have come back alive if at all. Occasionally when you`re in here, you can hear growling coming from further in. It`s scary. sweatdrop Then there are the huge hideous, and gaping claw marks on the ground... He also has a taste for people`s clothes. whee Makes me wonder if he isn`t pervy... ninja Oops! Let`s hope he didn`t hear that... *hears growling* Eh heheh! sweatdrop

Wow! This whole school year has gone by pretty fast. Finals are next week, which don`t really worry me as much as they should.(Except Fine Arts and Intro to Philosophy) I`m ready for this to all be over so I can relax. I`ve still gotta get a job when I go home for the summer. Oh well. A little spending money never hurts as long as you spend it wisely. As for cleaning my room, I finished a tad bit today.( which basically mean I picked up the laundry and trash, there`s still stuff on the floor) This sound exam for Fine Arts should go well as long as I listen often this weekend.

9:00 A.M My last exam stars at 9:30. Right now I`m seriously considering technical college. I`ve had enough trouble with philosophy as it is. I am not looking forward to college level math. Pardon my whining. I just feel right now I`d be better off. It`s quicker( Only two years) and costs less than a regular university. My chances might be better there. What do you guys think?

My mom wants me to get a summer job next week. Fun! Fun! To be honest, I`ve only ever had shadow days and odd jobs. Probably the only people to hire me around here would be fast food chains and grociers. xd Heh! Oh well. Well I`m over 18 so I don`t see why a video store wouldn`t hire me. I heard that job stinks though. I dunno. I kind of wanna work at that radio station I shadowed once.
