Normal Medusa based on an OC Medusa
Name: Vesh'meris
Description: He has pale, flawless skin that appeared to glow no matter what sort of light he was in. His hair cascaded past his waist, white as his skin. Though he appeared to be like any other medusa, there were feathers on outer side of his forearm, which functioned like a cockatoo's head crest did. He could open and close these at the same time or separately.
Aside from his eyes, which were hidden behind a translucent blindfold the color of dark red, the only color on the upper part of his body were his faintly pink lips. From waist to tail, his scales were an ebony color that had a reddish tint.
A few of the things he was prone to wear was a headdress that also kept his blindfold from falling off, a silver chain link wrapped twice about his neck, a shawl of the same translucent fabric as his blindfold, and a glove on his right hand.
Personality: Rather quiet for the most part but certainly not shy to speak up if something isn't to his liking. He enjoys dancing and often does so alone. His manner is rather cold (excuse the pun), but he opens up to those he trusts.

Skin: Albino white (lips are slightly colored pink)
Hair: Long and white.
Scales: Ebony with a reddish tint.
Other: Has feathers that can fold and open up like a cockatoo's crest. These are also white.
Miscellaneous: Wears blindfold in deep red, a headdress thing (see ref 3, if you do a side/profile of face) on his head, chains around his neck (ref 1 & 2), and a glove (ref 1) on his right hand.
