[] Title is cause Selia used to adopt pups that had it hard. xD;; She has a litter of her own, but lost touch with all but one. Onward! [] How long had it been? Forever since she had come back to the free lands. Not since her former mate 'let her go' and she attempted to reunite with old friends, that didn't work too well. Now she was on the hunt for her elder brother, but that brought her back to the free lands...How had she managed that? Sighing and shaking her head, she made her way along the old deer paths she herself used to take as a pup. Her fur seemed healthy and shiny once more...compared to how she had approached Feanaro not too long ago, but that was a different story. Friends and family always seemed to make her stronger.
Lulling her tongue from the side of her mouth, ears perked up, body held like an alpha once more...head held high, tail flicking about behind her. She stretched here and there, tossing her head to hunt for scents of anything around her. She was content..for once.

Having left his company for a short while to clear his head, the golden pup plodded along a well worn deer path. He was content; his belly was full and his spirits were up. The only thing he truely craved was a moment alone to go over previous events in his mind. It was a luxury that company often took away, though he could say he prefered being alone. It was just... being able to sit peacefully for a while was extremely nice. As he moved slowly down the path, he thought of his new friends and how Alexander had obviously taken the leading role. Litre couldn't really say he minded much, as he wasn't a truely dominant creature. Sure, he liked a little respect, but that didn't mean he wanted to be in charge. That had to be a really rough job, after all.
Part way down the path, his inexperianced nose picked up the scent of another. His tail wagged a little, excitement coursing through his veins. Friend or foe, fight or flight? He slowed his pace, taking careful steps towards whatever was comming his way. He could here it now, and boy was it big. Just as the female came into sight, Tre knew he might be in trouble. She was an alpha, from the looks of her stance. For all he knew, he had stumbled out of the free lands and into another's territory. Hopefully, she wouldn't mind a pup being about.

Why had everyone split up? Bindi wondered confusedly as she ran down the trail as fast as her paws could carry her. There they were, the group of pups all enjoying the fine day when it seemed two went one way, and another a different way. Thus, following the trail of Litre, her heart thudded against her ribs; not wanting to be alone.
"Litre! Wait for me!" Her small voice yelled; desperation in her vocals.
However, before she knew it, Bindi collided against Tre as his pace had slowed and she was too deep in thought to have noticed. Nearly tumbling over the other pup, she managed to keep her footing and land upright. "I'm sorr-" She paused and turned to see the Alpha female, proud and strong in her stance which immediately caused a bit of anxiety in the pup's frame. Slinking her already tiny body against Tre's as if he would protect her...which she had little clue if he would or not. Were they in trouble? Where had Tre been going anyways that they would meet up with someone with such high stature as she?

Selia was, actually, a rather small adult. But to a pup, she must be huge. Pausing when she caught scent of pups about, she turned a bit...then ceased her steps completely when a small pup was right in front of her. She hadn't noticed--how strange of her. Arching a brow, she offered a gentle smile, lowering her tail so she didn't seem so aggressive of her former stance within a pack. Canting her head, she took a step forward--till a second pup appeared, ramming into the other, little male. "Oh.." She offered a bit of worry, and slowly approached them, leaning her head down so she was close to eye-to-eye with them.
"You both okay?" She questioned gently, though noted the fear, and lifted her head once more. Taking a step back, she gave a gentle laugh...her voice calm, gentle..motherly, almost. She'd obviously been through quite a bit, scars bared on her scruff, maw and chest portrayed this quite clearly. "What're you two youngin's doing out here alone?"

Tre looked up, honestly frightened. He was comforted a little by the droop of the wolf's tail, but couldn't help but still be a bit off. Just as he was growing a tad comfortable with the situation, Bindi came crashing down the deer path and into him. He stumbled forward, barely catching himself on his front paws. A sideways glance at the other pup found her to not be injured, and he quickly turned his attention back to the alpha. He felt a bit braver now, since he had Bindi with him, and he needed to protect her. At least, he needed to try to protect her. Mustering what little courage he had left in him, he held his head a little higher, not entirely sure if it was a good idea. The wolfess, however, seemed delightfully gentle. As she backed away, Litre let out a long breath. He must've been holding it without realizing. His stance relaxed severely, and he looked back at Bindi with a smile. They were going to be okay.
"We're okay..." He looked up at the weathered female, awe struck but everything she had. The very air around her was thick with aged wisdom, and her body showed the signs of a full life. She must be a powerful creature, he thought, one that any wolf would be willing to serve. Perhaps one day he could serve an Alpha pair? Wouldn't that be a nice way to live out his years. Woah, woah, getting ahead of yourself there, Litre. He pulled himself back to the here and now, and swallowed. "We're with some other pups... they're down the way a bit. I just came out to think a little is all." He looked back at Bindi, wondering her reasons for wandering the deer trail.

Well, it seemed like she would have a savior in Tre...even if he was no match for the Alpha; the thought warmed her heart. Feeling slightly more confident as Tre expressed his boldness, Bindi's ears perked as her body resumed a more natural and happy stance than a frightened one. Yet this didn't deterr her from moving away from Litre as she remained snug against him, deciding she felt better here than standing off on her own.
As Tre began to converse with the impressive Alpha female, Bindi's saphire orbs studied the woven masterpiece which was her pelt. Scars from battles, her stance from the service of Alpha...the experience and wisdom in her orbs. It was all too fascinating to the small pup, for she oozed with the confidence that Bindi one day wished she could obtain for herself. Unaware that the conversation had paused and now both were looking upon her for an answer, the pup blinked and smiled sheepishly.
"Alexander and Nemu left...so I was all alone. I'm sorry.." She spoke sadly, looking between Litre and the Alpha.

Well, wisdom was one thing, but it didn't reflect in her right eye. This eye was creamy blue...blind. The other shone pure, molten gold. She smiled when the pups kind of mumbled between one another...she listened intently, though said nothing while they figured out what had happened to their other gathering. Just like herself, Elphie, Devvyl, and even Feanaro...though they were all so spread out now, she didn't know what might have become of them.
Snapping herself back to the present, she gave a gentle chuckle at them, "I see...new wanderers, hm? Well, no reason to fear me. I'm a wanderer, now, as well," her tone was still comforting, though faltered slightly at the mention of being alone. She laughed, "I'm Selia." She bowed her head to them respectively, despite their size and...well, stature in a pack-like hold. "It's nice to meet you two. Might I get your names?" She questioned, curious about the new pups around the area she had wandered through too many times to count.

Litre wasn't certain why Bindi was sorry, for she hadn't done anything wrong. What was important, though, was that she had felt the need to say it, and she needed a little comforting. He gave her a friendly lick and smiled. "Don't be sorry, it's'okay. I don't mind you here." He hoped to perk up his friend a little, and was truely greatful she had come along. If she hadn't, he would've been reduced to a frightened heap of golden fur. Her presence had made him braver, if it made any sense at all. Perhaps it was the fact that he had not been alone, or perhaps it was an urge to protect her. Either way, she had helped by just being there.
His smile turned to the alpha, who he was beginning to like. She seemed pleseant enough, and could obviously teach the two pups quite a bit if they listened. Selia seemed to fit her somehow. He couldn't put his paw on it, but it just did. It was a sort of mysterious name, and the wolf had that sort of air about her. He felt no qualms in offering his own name, but left out his friend's. If she wanted to give hers, she could. If not, that was her choice. "I'm Litre." He looked up warmly to the wolfess, still impressed by everything about her. "You're a wanderer?" That part surprised him a bit. She was so powerful in stance and looks, it seemed only right that she had a pack of her own. Perhaps she used to? Maybe they had disappeared, like his parent's pack had...

Keeping her spot nuzzled closely against Tre gave this tiny wolfine comfort around the massive adult, her bright azure orbs cast a great distance up to observe her. A small thought of how Litre could be so brave crossed her mind for but a moment, yet as Selia began to introduce herself those thoughts vanished immediately. Cocking her head to the side as an ear flopped against her cheek, it suprised her just as much as Tre why she was now a wanderer like them.
Letting her tail drag to and fro on the ground as she listened intently, the opportunity came in the conversation where it would have been polite to speak up and introduce herself as well. Inwardly, she didn't know if it would be such a good idea...however since Litre had, and that this Selia seemed kind enough. Smiling brightly despite the fact it seemed she refused to move her body from being attached to Litre's, she spoke out in her soft vocals, "..and I'm Bindi." Of course, she too was highly interested in hearing the reason why she was now a wanderer.
