I believe Hidan is a girl. Sure, she may look male, but that could be a part of being a living voodoo doll.
I mean, Hidan has to be a female. All of Shikamaru's major battles are with females, and this is probablly the biggest of them all. Hidan just has to be female if she fought with Shikamaru.
Im open for debate if you'd like. If otherwise, then post your opinion. 3nodding

I can see the logic in Shikamaru's major battles being with girls but some time has to be the first, and Hidan is NOT a girl. He is very much a male since females isn't built like that. And you can see rather clearly when he partly takes off his cloak that he's as flat-chested and muscular as only men can be.

Vicious-Loner I can see the logic in Shikamaru's major battles being with girls but some time has to be the first, and Hidan is NOT a girl. He is very much a male since females isn't built like that. And you can see rather clearly when he partly takes off his cloak that he's as flat-chested and muscular as only men can be. He could of had a sex change. Hidan's name was probably Hidie, before for he got that operation. xd

personally, I don't think he's a female. Becuase, if he was - Shika would have some major problems fighting a girl and burrying her with rocks. Besides, this wasn't really his battle but more of him finishing the battle his sensei started.

Lets see...He fought Kin, Temari, Tayuya, That one girl in the second movie....and that one girl in the latest filler. I would probably think we would be used to fighting girls by now Well, He finished the battle, and I would think it would be fitting to follow the gag with Shika fighting a girl

Tayuya was a girl too? Darnit! One of these days I'll get gender right.
