Someone should come up with a list of kitchen equipment / tools etc. just in case some people don't know what something is they can reference it.
like sauteuse etc.

We don't have a sauces and maybe like condiments (I was thinking jam, but I don't know where i'd put that) catagory!!! Can we get one soon???

I REMEMBER NOW!
Do think that (if you know/have the option) we could maybe put prep time or cooking time on the recipes? Cause if you don't have a lot of time that would be great!
Maybe the servings as well? So you can cut it down if you need to...

I will make a "misc" category, for things like sauces and jams. we should have a thread that is like a "free for all" so people can make threads about stuff other than cooking to share other common interests. or hmm.. like a review of culinary schools, restos, etc that people have gone to or heard about. you know?

I like that idea, although I was hoping that that could stay in the main forum area. Mostly cuz it costs 2500g to create a new subforum, and the guild account doesn't have that much. Neither do I... Besides, if we subcatagorize EVERYTHING, then the main forum will be empty.

ah, how i love giving suggestions. well, i've noticed that there a few recipes floating about here and there that came from novels like lord of the rings, or from video games, and thought it would be nice to have not necessarily a subforum, but somehwere where we could compile those kind of recipes and have discussions about where they come from, reliability, post pix if we tried to make them, etc, etc.

How about having a thread for tips, tricks, and helpful hints for people who are new to cooking or not so good at cooking and want to get better so they don't have to hear from other people that a certain dish just sucked.
