I'm really a girl. (Ignore the avy).
I've been sexually active but we've never had unprotected sex. We've always used condoms and to my knowledge, never have broken one. My period this month was a week late and it finally came today but I'm still a bit unsettled about how late it was (I don't think I've ever had a period come this late).
Would it still be a good idea to take a pregnancy test? Or am I "safe" now that my period has come?
I looked up other symptoms of pregnancy and I haven't had any others....

I don't think you need to take a pregnancy test unless your period is shorter than usual. Your period could have been late for alot of different reasons. Were things stressful lately?

Taking one could never hurt.
You're probably not pregnant but take one, just in case =D
