I would say give the warning first. Some people, like myself *cough* go on a long vacation like a month or so and don't log-in for that time I'm out. So a month with a few days should be OK.

I tend to pop in and out as mistearious as god's exsistance. I don't want take a brake and find out I'm kicked out. Thats crule. I'd be sad. I'm a pure hearted Gundam Wing fan.

Well, as long as you post to let us know you're away for a while (if possible), that's fine. But this is mainly for the initial clearing out. Speaking of which... I really need to get PMing people.

I think some warning should be given first. Some people get busy and forget to look into their guilds. It doesn't mean they're not interested. I think there should also be a section to let people know if someone is going to be away for a while.
