My new pet project on memes. I'd ask you guys to take part, but the program I'm using is mac only. D: Here's a portion of my chart. The actual size version is huuuuuge. And mine is fairly small. Some people have really taken to the project, so I have some behemoth charts to work with. OMG111

Oh, so I was talking to a friend, and they're like "Man, this beer is so strong. It's like 7% alcohol!"
And I was like "o_o", because at the time the drink I was drinking was 23%, and he said most 'alcohol' there was only like 5% or so. Is American alcohol really that weak, or do I only buy really strong stuff cause I'm an alcoholic? If it is all that weak, I pity you Americans and your sober-ior-ity.

The most I've seen in America(personally) is 120 proof, but I have no idea how much percentage that is.
Overall, though, your friend was just bitching because he's a light drinker. I KNOW there's stronger alcohol than that[7%].
As for "taking part"... I have a mac(at school). surprised

I'm on a mac now and class isn't in session.
That stuff happens when your classes are 4 hours long. XDD

And what is this '100 proof' and '124' proof people keep speaking of? Strange foreign systems.
EDIT: God bless wikipedia. So your dad had 135 proof? According to wikipedia, that's almost 93% alcohol. It could have only been a few drops, or else he'd be dead.

Have you ever HAD a mac, or are your judgments based on these "funny" commercials? Sometimes, people get computers for reasons other than games.

On to macs though. If I ever plan on going more into photography and maybe video Macs are where its at. but fot what I use computers for(internet,a bit of writting and uploading pictures) my wonderful HP laptop is where its at.

Windows Movie Maker does NOT cut it for editing more complex than the very basics. D: OH How I miss final cut pro.

Generally, beer is 5%, while other things can be lower or much higher.
The coolers I drink are 5-7%. I personally find things that are higher in alcohol content don't taste too good, generally...and as I drink for taste, alcohol content is irrelevant.

Macs try to protray themselves as the cool and fun computer, but having a large lack of games does not really equal fun in my book. The only thing Mac's can do besides WoW and other blizzard games isn't really fun. Making videos and what not seems much more of a job and therefore should be PCs job according to their commercails. And lets not even go into the business of adding parts and what not. I'm a gamer and if you are only limited to Blizzard games, iTunes and photoshop and you can't mod your comp, well then you may as well just shoot yourself. Mac may have the upper hand in media editing, but that's about where it ends.
