Patty. Who doesn't love that lesbian sister.
Of course they alluded to her through out the earlier seasons before she came out. Smithers was obvious, the smart people saw it was Patty as well.
Like in the Burlesque House episode when they're showing the men leaving the home.
Patty is ony of the Men leaving the house lol.
Or when the Gay pride parade was marching past, there was a float called "Salute to staying in the closet".
You heard Patty's voice saying "Don't tell Mom and Dad" in rhyme.
