Darkness met Korou's eyes when they cracked open once more, making it sort of un-amuzing to him when he did so. He always saw dark now, maybe it was a sort of dramatic irony in his life, or maybe it was just life in general?
"Bah, I don't know." Korou grumbled under his own breath, muscles uncoiling as he stood... only to crack his head on something. "What the...?"
He was in a den... again. Sometimes Korou swore that he was sleep walking, but he wasn't always sure of where he ended up laying his head down at night. Ever since he'd gone off to find his way in life without Chopi and Jumanji for a bit... Korou had been lost. Utterly and completely so.
Maybe he would be able to teach himself a few things in the long run, but for now he wasn't sure if he was getting anywhere at all. ninja

Uri was wandering as usual, shadowy head down and thoughts moving quicker than his paws. For weeks it had been his new habit. He didn't really want to be the two faced moron he'd been in his youth any more. He'd grown up now.It was time to change.
He was so caught up in his solitary thoughts, he didn't notice he was walking near someone elses den.

Head raking along the top of the den, Korou managed to get his way out of the den and sniff at the morning air happily. He liked being out in the open, liked being free of everything around him.
Maybe that was why he'd needed to get away from his family for a bit. Korou didn't quite know, he just knew that right now he was doing okay and eventually he'd go back. He DID want to be there for his mate after all.
Something caught in his nose and Korou lifted his head more so he could sniff again at the air. There was a cheetah nearby....
