I love the whole series, but my favorite is the Lost Colony. Very interesting...Especially the ending.

I like that series, too. However you just gave a big spoiler away. Can you edit your post please, as spoilers are not allowed. Giving away the end of a book is a BIG spoiler.

Edit: Thank you. heart

I enjoy the book series also ^^, I like them all equally except for the cube....that one was a bit dull in my opinion

Hm..The Enternity Code..That one was a bit dull I must agree. I like what happens to Butler in the Opal Deception.

I've never read much more than the first chapters of the first book, but it looks interesting, I just haven't had the time to track the books down at my library.

The Artemis Fowl series had never made me cry, but I cry every time I read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Well me either, after all I said close, and I meant it in a sort of emotional way instead of a physical and acually close to tears. Mainly because, I get sucked into my books and well when they were tricked and well I'm not going to use any spoilers but I found that it was extremely sad or at least...well it's hard to say anything about it without spoiling anything, but I find harry potter to be a weak series in my opinion. Anyway, that's off topic.

The ending for the Half-Blood Prince was really sad for me as a fan. It was completely unexpected. I'm awaiting some clever trick in the last book that negates the ending of the sixth somehow...because that just wasn't right.

Yeah, I like the Artemis Fowl series too! Has anyone read The Supernaturalists? It's also by Eoin Colfer. Good book. It's about this boy who escapes prison for parentally challenged people and joins a group of teems who hunt parasites. biggrin

Sounds..interesting

I haven't read the Supernaturalist but I read Half-Moon Investigations. This kid reminded me of Artemis only not as outragiously intelligent. He was more normal if somewhat gifted. I've liked all of the Artemis Fowl books so far, but my favorites are the first one and The Lost Colony.

Those were my favorites too. I can't wait until the next one comes out.

Opal Deception is my favorite of the books, as Opal is my favorite of the characters (but I like Artemis too). I read a bit of the Supernaturalist a while back, so I don't really remember it, but I think I liked it...

Also on a non-Artemis Fowl-related note: the end of Half-Blood Prince made me laugh and hold a party with at least 10 of my friends...
