Personality: Reginald is somewhat shy when introducing himself to strangers due to his fangs but once he knows someone well enough or finds them attractive he's known to be more then just flirty.
He's also a compulsive liar. He finds that he can get out of trouble by lying rather baring his fangs and is damned good at it too. He however always seems devastated when someone finds out about a lie.
For a better side of him, most of his flirting is a joke to get people to relax. Flattery is the best policy and if you want someone who's withdrawn to have fun, tell them that they're the best. It loosens them up a tad or at least enough to be a bit more daring. And this vampire is all about daring.
Reginald's very formal in speech and in mannerisms. Being taught English by a group of old vampires that only spoke formally caused this. He's also not very good toward technology of any sort and is appalled by computers.
History: Long story short, Reginald's father turned Reginald when he was merely 10. Unable to fend himself after his dad decided to abandon his son to protect himself, the young vampire ended up under the loving yet strict care of Iceis, another vampire.
Time wore on and the other vampires in the coven taught him how to control himself, how to be able to walk in daylight without burning, and English. After their training of the vampire was complete when he was 17 they decided to send him off to Kaleido, in hopes he could prefect his lying talent for something else like acting.
